Having scooped up a nail in my tyre on the Queensway and trying to to get someone to look at it sadly no one could help due to being too busy
I called Chris at pro tyres i have been a customer for over 2 years and as usual although they were busy he just said get your car to us and we can sort it just what I needed to hear so my brother put air in because of course I didn’t know no spare tyre and got it to Chris it was sorted also pointing out I needed some gel of some sort to put in the tyre to help mine was out of date so if you don’t know anything about cars me 73 I know I have every trust in this garage knowing im going to get good honest customer relations thank you once again

I had a tyre warning light come up on…
I had a tyre warning light come up on my car while working in Bristol, so I googled protyre wsm ( this branch was on my way home)and put postcode in my sat nav...took me straight there...no searching for buildings, excellent, direct to protyre( I chose protyre wsm as I was closest to that branch..I had previously had an excellent experience in Taunton protyres too)
The man on reception was extremely polite and got me a mechanic extremely quickly...he came and introduced himself and told me the problem, i had a nail in my tyre...he said he would repair it at a cost of 34.99, ( i think that's the right price) it was nothing compared to the 2 new tyres I was fearing I would have to buy, but my mechanic was extremely polite and professional and assured me all I would need was a repair...excellent..I've had this problem at another tyre place in bridgwater and been sold 2 new tyres...( my car can't take only 1 tyre, it's to do with the on board computer) so I always have to buy 2 at a time....this company could so easily have sold me 2 new tyres, more profit for them, but we're adamant I only needed a repaired tyre( im a woman who knows nothing about tyres, except i need help when a warning light comes on)..
After the gentleman had done the repair i had no lights flasing up on my dashboard to re set tyres after the gentleman did the repair ...usually at bridwater( another tyre co) my lights flash's up like a christmas tree telling me to reset my tyres...Pro tyre are excellent...no over selling...you just get a good honest opinion and your tyres mended professionally..very polite professional service..woukd recommend to anyone...women drivers can be vulnerable to unnecessary expenses, but these guys were honest

My car had a jammed passenger side seat…
My car had a jammed passenger side seat belt. Your engineer tried to release it but upon further inspection it was deemed in need of replacement. Your staff advised you were unable to source a replacement from your normal suppliers so I agreed to source one myself for your engineer to fit. I was able to source a suitable part online and booked my car on Saturday 30th for it to be fitted. I was disappointed when I came to collect my car that the engineer was unable to fit the seat belt as a component was missing. On returning home it was clear to me that the missing component was part of the original seat belt. I booked the car in again on Tuesday 2nd and the replacement belt was duly fitted at no extra charge. Whilst I am satisfied with the overall result I was disappointed that it took 4 visits to complete.
