Best Experience with a Garage in a Long Time!
I attended ProTyres, Yeovil today on behalf of my Partner, with his vehicle and I cannot shout my praises for the Staff here loud enough.
As a female, I get super anxious about attending basically any garage alone - because I know that I (personally, not all females!) don't know what I'm banging on about, looking at or dealing with; however, ProTyres, Yeovil literally reignited my faith in the trade, and humanity.
They made space in their working day, last minute to look at my Partner's vehicle, and once they'd examined this, they offered genuine, informed advice - at no financial benefit to them - and after examining the fault (at no cost to me/my Partner) they then provided other local Business' information, that would assist with resolving the fault.
I totally forgot to get the names of the two Members of Staff I dealt with (sorry!) but they were so incredibly polite, accommodating, friendly and just made the whole experience really positive.
To the Members of Staff in question: I know that I said thank you several times prior to leaving; however, I cannot express my gratitude enough and will not hesitate to return to ProTyres, Yeovil in the future.

Super speedy polite and super service
I called into the workshop early afternoon for puncture and was given a one hour wait. In fact I waited in less time before they took my car in and it was repaired so quickly. I have no problems

Hindsight is a wonderful thing
Well, THIS TIME... gold service on Monday, didn't use the car Tuesday. Wednesday - battery as flat as a pancake. No liability accepted by Protyre at all. Must be my fault... I don't think so. Thank goodness for a neighbour's help with jump leads. Oh, yes, Protyre says buy a service and get an MOT for £20. OK, but you have to drive to Taunton (or elsewhere) as Dampier don't do MOT's. Website needs a little more clarity methinks. Just had to spend £50 on an MOT.
LAST TIME - 4 new tyres. Literally drove to Martock and 2 flat front tyres. I have a compressor in the car luckily. Back to Protyre. Sorry, we put the wrong valves on, but we won't charge you. Too right you won't.
Absolutely appalling service. Are they all apprentices? Will NEVER go back, nor recommend.

It was great. Booked an appt and it was done quite quickly. It’s now much nicer surroundings to wait for it to be done.
Love the coffee machine, now just supply some magazines for ladies and gents!
