Lovely Customer Service
Was struggling to log into the portal pet claims portal so rang customer service. A lovely lady (sorry I didn't get her name) picked up almost immediately and explained the issue and sent me an email with the Policy numbers and a link to get back in. So quick and easy. Thank you
