Annual/Couple Travel which was amazing
I asked around ‘family & friends’ and then did the usual internet search… but wow!!!! Did ‘Puffin’ come up trumps for us as we were recommended!!!! Several friends & family are with them but I still did my search’s and then 🤷🏼♀️hey went with them! Amazing… Thank goodness 😅

Very easy to use
Took out travel policy direct from company.
Easy to navigate and fill out form. Quick reply to my email and friendly very accommodating when I later needed to change my start date.
First time I have used this company, but up to now, appear to be very professional. Really good price too.

Very simple process to purchase insurance from Puffin, whom I found through Moneysupermarket.com
5 stars relate to the purchase process. So far haven't needed to make a claim, and hope I won't need to so can't comment on that side of the process!

Veary reasonable price for the gold but…
Veary reasonable price for the gold but I did find activity pack that got on top was expensive.
I know it’s optional but you never know what you will do until you get to the destination so it’s best to be prepared for all activity’s.
But I did find puffiness the cheapest compared to other police’s.
This is the second year going with them and have never hat to claim.

The computer says no ......
Took out an annual Travel insurance policy (with pre-existing health condition) costing nearly £700. Immediately noticed a typo error (my month of birth). Contacted them immediately in order to correct it, to be told it would cost £30 to change date. While I understand they have standard terms & conditions, enforcing a rigid £30 penalty for a genuine, typo - especially on the back of such a costly premium- I felt was disproportionate and unacceptable customer service. I requested a refund.
