Jamaican jerk chicken parcel.thought I'd try this as pukka pies are the best. This parcel was full of air ,very little filling in fact just a smear. Has 2 chillies out of 3 on the pack. It had no heat to it. All I can say it was edible. Pukka you can do better than this. Very disapointed

I usually like Pukka pies, particularly the mince pie. But I've had the steak pie twice now and on both occasions I've ended up spitting out the contents because the filling was filled with fatty meat.
Fairly disgusting unfortunately.

Well what a disappointment. We usually make our own steak and venison pies and ran out so bought a Pukka Steak and Kidney Pie.

Pastry not too bad but the contents were just like brown slop. Minced kidney... really. What is wrong with pieces of kidney not that you can taste but then again no pieces of Steak.

Were it not for my partners amazing homemade gravy to swamp the taste it would have been inedible.

After contacting I received a standard "we pride ourselves blah blah ..... this is an isolated incident blah blah ....."
The vouchers received are now in the bin as I really wouldn't waste my taste buds on these pies.

Tried them for the 1st time and can hands down say they are the best I've tasted

Chicken and mushroom individual pies
Very disappointed had only very few pieces of chicken and mushroom and a very gelatinous sauce. Pastry was okay.
Will not buy again and go back to making my own pies.

If I could leave a 0 result I would. Tried the steak and kidney pie, wow absolutely horrible! It was SOO salty, I knew it had minced kidney but also the beef? Atrocious, don't bother

Dear fellow consumers,i had reason to complain recently ,firstly because the box face stated Steak pie.
But after purchasing and I read the small print on the side of the box it stated Potato.
When cooked the pies there was far more potato than steak.?
I found this a cynical marketing attempt at misrepresentation and cheat the purchasing public.
I contacted the company and they sent me a standard stereotype letter and some vouchers to fob me off.
So I’ve written again and await a full explanation and if it’s not forthcoming i,ll formally write to the family run Directors who’s email address I have and if they cannot satisfy me with an explanation for this duplicity i,ll reluctantly write to the food regulator and Ombudsman.
I am sure their customer service will reply to this complaint on trustpilot,but as you,ll notice from other responses they do not address any of the issues raised .
They enjoy 46% negative reviews on trustpilot and I wonder if the owning family are aware of this negative response from the consumer public ?

I recently tried the Pukka Pies steak which involved a crispy pastry, known for their golden, flaky crusts, these pies come in various delicious fillings, They’re perfect for a quick meal and an excellent snack on the move!

It tasted really nice. The smell was good. I am not too much of a pie lover. However, I enjoyed it.

Good price , very affordable and the pies reflect this, decent filling and good taste

Bone dry pie!

They are not very good, not much meat and sadly the quality is not there. I would not get these again as there are better comparable options.

Good quality chicken and veg frozen pies that are tasty and convenient to cook, 4 pies in the pack which makes them good value.

my pie did not have hardly any filling which made me dissapointed. if you want me to keep purchasing pies ADD MORE FILLING

Absolutely revolting chicken and mushroom pie. It should be renamed a pastry and grey sludge chicken flavoured pie. A few crumbs of chicken in a gloopy grey slime. Disgusting.

The reason I gave it a 1 star is because,I cannot believe pukka has their name on this absolute rubbish 'that has a "slither of meat inside them ,they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, Do NOT buy these! There 'Definitely No Ginsters ,I saw them in Icelands so I thought yum yum 'I love their pies 'so i ordered about 7 of them and I'm bloody angry at how pathetic these things are.

Bought a Chicken and Mushroom Pie - just pastry and a gloopy packet gravy mix - no meat and no mushrooms. Definitely won’t be buying this brand again.

Where’s the meat? I bought a steak and kidney pie and was really disappointed. The pastry is good but the filling is something else! Nothing but a gloopy mess of ‘gravy’ and I couldn’t find a piece of meat. I won’t buy again
