Beautiful Urn
Easy to order, quick shipping. Beautiful work.
We had wanted a different urn from this company and had waited nearly a year for it to become available again; in the end we purchased something similar. We were also surprised to receive an 88$ charge for shipping and import fees to Canada. We had expected a bit of an extra fee, but there was no advance warning we would be charged that much.
Also, the urn didn't come with a tube of sealant or instructions. I had to look it up and purchase an entire tube of clear silicon sealant to seal the urn.

Absolutely beautiful
I was a little hesitant to make such an important purchase online, but I took the chance. It is absolutely beautiful! Very well made and better in person than in the pictures and video. It arrived very quickly. I had a few questions, chatted with customer service who immediately responded to my satisfaction. It came with paperwork and an original signature, which I assume is the artist but it’s not in English so I don’t know what it says. It was shipped from Bulgaria.

Please add option to add adhesive to order
Would be helpful to give an option of adding the adhesive to seal the urn at the time of purchase. Instead, I had to go back to the website and search through the FAQs page to find out that I now need to go find the adhesive myself. Box & protective wrapping are already gone, which would have been perfect to keep the urn in position while the adhesive dries.

Item was very well packaged and arrived a little later than promised, but I don't blame the shipper on that, our USPS has been pretty off for a long while now. Website was easy to use. The urn itself is absolutely gorgeous. We love it. We placed order for regular shipping. We got notification that our loved one was going to be cremated sooner than scheduled. So we emailed Pulvis and a representative responded quickly. We paid extra for expedited shipping. However Urn was delivered normal shipping rate. I emailed again same representative and never got response. Overall happy with Urn. Mom is home
