As much as I love Puma this is a crap company. Their processing is terrible. They charge you and cancel orders repeatedly. The customer service is rude. Buy from a retailer cause they have no clue what they are doing. Imbeciles

I won a free kit for my team
I won a free kit for my team, which was great, I paid £90 to have their names put on to the back. This was ordered in May and expected to arrive in Aug. I recieved numerous emails saying it was delayed - fair enough - I then had to chase the order in January and it did arrive fairly quickly after this. However - 10 months after the initial order, some members of my team had left and when i asked if i could change the lettering before it was sent this was ignored. So, although the kit was good quality - the service side let them down. Ive got half a kit I can't use due to sizes/names and i only recieved 2 pairs of socks for 15 kits.
