Scammer company. They employ an AI company to falsely take down people's listings on Ebay. ABUSING the VERO system on eBay by taking everyone's listings down, claiming they are fake. You took down a jacket I uploaded for being fake, when I bought it directly from you. A jacket for £10. You're so delusional you don't even know what your products are.
Boycott these idiots.
Wanted to order something from their site. Used a coupon code, went to checkout..it started loading. The site told me that something went wrong and to try again. After I wanted to use coupon again it said that is was already in use.
Sent them an e-mail immediately with screenshoots of the error. Did not receive any answer for them in the next 17 days. And after receiving an answer, their reply was. We cant do anything as it has been over 14 days since your issue. The worst and stupidest reply I ever received. Never buying anything Puma related.
I’ve return my order. And lost my tracking number. I’ve contacted the customer service and they said “that’s your responsibility”. No matter what I did, I couldn't get my refund, but they took my products back. My money is literally on them. I will complain about this issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone because it is terrible and cannot provide a solution.
Before purchasing teamwear from the puma kit factory Ive been trying to find out if the jerseys from the kit factory are regular fitting and have sent emails but have had no replies.
The sizes of the shirts are ridiculous ordered my 9 year old 11 to 12 size as likes a comfy fit however the 3rd kit he struggled to get on and over his head, because we ordered the shirt with Haaland name on it they would not replace so a very expensive lesson learnt the shirt I ordered was 11/12 but I should have checked the size chart apparently!!!!!@@@@@ very poor customer service so please check shirt sizes
Following on from response when a size 11 to 12 does not fit a small 9 year old I would class it as defective, parents should be made aware as my SEND child had a melt down trying to get this shirt on. Parents try to do the best they can for their children and in this case my son wanted to have his hero's name on it once this was done no rights to replacement very poor been in touch with Puma who said no replacement

I have just placed an order for the Man city official football shirt with personalisation,and ill be honest its been chaos.Ive had to email Puma over 10 times..The errors are unbelievable and the constant delay in delivery times ...its disgraceful.i was told 2 to 3 days extra for personalisation and that id receive a text from the courier when it was to be dispatched, its already been 9 days since ordering with no updates at all.Called puma yesterday and was told it would be despatched yesterday but if I heard nothing to call back.So I've just called back and tbeyre now saying its still in transit(waiting to be printed) and that it could be 10 days !I wanted this shirt before Saturday for champions league final and now looks like I wont have it in time.This is disgraceful after service and I won't be buying from Puma again.

I received my sons order on Friday first day wearing today an the prints coming off already highly disappointed
Ordered my son's team wear on 04/08/2022 and received his order on 07/09/2022 at 10pm. Hmmm very odd delivery time for a big company like Puma. It is impossible to return or exchange the items that do not fit my son. There is no return slip in the package. I have emailed the Puma team and hopefully they will reply soon. There is no customer service number to call.

We have made £5,000 worth of kit order for our club dating back to 22nd July. Absolutely no update on them. Customer services completely unresponsive.
We understand there are huge delays at the moment and this cannot be helped, however, to combat this we purposefully selected kit that was available within 10-14 days. This is CLEARLY not the case.
Just want some clarity on what the f*** is going on to be honest. Sick of being ignored. If we had an actual estimated date then we could work with it but to just be completely ignored with absolutely no correspondence is a total disgrace.
We have worn Puma as a club for the entirety of our existence and want to stay loyal, so hurt and upset by this.

The Customer Service team are wonderful with what they have to work with. However the end to end customer experience is just awful and until they invest in totally overhauling their online customer proposition I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!
Website is very slow and it takes a while to order several.kit pieces. Once you have ordered, then keep.praying the order is produced and delivery correctly.

Ordered kit via Puma Teamwear for our football club back in September. In December discussed why we still hadn’t received the items, was told they were holding back 10+ items because 2 weren’t in stock. No prior communication of this. We told them to send us the other bits and send 2 items when they came in. Was told it would be delivered within a week. Now a month later and still nothing. No online customer service as they advertise, no answer on phone. Hundreds of pounds spent and nothing to show for it. Disgrace!

Not everything was in stock meaning I had to make a separate order (and pay delivery?!) Delivery time was extortionate and kit overpriced but good quality and smart 👍
