Delay after delay
Delay after delay. The puma sock logo disintegrated after wearing them just once. After complaining I was told it’s because I wore them on a 3G pitch! Eventually got a replacement pair.

Just to clarify on the damaged sock. The damage is most likely caused from the friction on the 3G when sliding etc.

Please someone help order number M590957 I ordered my sons kit on the 23/8/ 2021 delivery time has already changed and
It was due to be sent out on the week commencing the 11/10/21 and now looking at my order looks like the delivery date has changed again to the 22/10/2021 the contact number for puma team is never answered just a message and don’t respond to emails only seem to get a response through trust pilot please can you update me and tell me the exact day This will be dispatched and I will receive the kit ?

Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand for our products we have had to increase our lead times, a decision that was not made lightly.
We are doing everything we can to bring our lead times back down to their usual levels as quickly as possible by working regular overtime across all areas of the business.

Couldn't fulfil my whole order…
Couldn't fulfil my whole order so had to source and print some shirts elsewhere to complete a kit for the whole squad. Puma Teamwear were unwilling to source shirts from another supplier and just do the printing. Then halfway through branding, 2 x other shirts were spoilt and had no stock to replace. I sourced replacement stock which Puma Teamwear then ordered themselves (despite saying they wouldn't previously for my other shirts) and reprinted. Also 6 weeks late. Just a poor experience this time around. Usually very reliable.

As standard we don't source or brand shirts from other suppliers. However, on this occasion we tried to go above and beyond for the 2 shirts we spoiled.

General comment.
Stock levels are generally good, but production and despatch times are far from it. This does seem to be similar across many online kit suppliers. Frustrating when we as a club and our players parents place orders and get a 6-8 week delivery which is no use to anyone. 🙄🤷♂️😡

AVOID - Worst customer service
I ordered a pair of trainers twice (two separate orders) and both orders weren’t delivered! They appear as “attempted delivery” by Hermes on two separate days. However, I work from home and was in the flat when they allegedly attempted to deliver my parcels and we also have a concierge which always take deliveries for us in case we don’t answer the bell. So this makes no sense.
I then contacted puma 3 times via email and asked for a refund as my orders clearly weren’t delivered. They then asked me to wait 2 weeks to see if my orders would be magically be delivered before asking for the refund.
3 weeks went by and they still haven’t refunded me. I also called them and they apologised for not replying to my emails but haven’t refunded my money.
Avoid this company at all costs! This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced!

Can someone please explain how it takes…
Can someone please explain how it takes 7 weeks to deliver the kit and everything else I have ordered? Yes the kit is being personalised but unless you are doing it the old fashioned way and ironing on each letter separately by a little old lady in the cellar I can't possibly see the delay... Spent nearly £300 for my sons kit and training gear for his team, oh by the way none of the team have received their kits either. These kits and every other item we in stock and available so what is the delay?

The whole set up from pick tops, badges, heat transfer logo, really good and quick, the disappointing part is the length of time from ordering to receiving the kit or tops.

Shoes are poor quality with terrible stitching. I told the CS team to ask about an exchange for a non faulty product, they told me they don’t do exchanges. They did however say I could return them and they would send me a discount code to match the one I bought the shoes on (I had a coupon which had expired since I ordered the pair). They never sent me the code, so now I’m just stuck with poor quality shoes and no way of getting a replacement.
