Always pleased with Orders and Merchandise. However, order process can be long for branded Items. Also have had issues where made an order only to be told nearly month later that they are not in stock and no new orders due. Stock control needs updating on website more frequently

Good product but takes too long.
This was a full team kit order and I purposefully chose items in stock or in stock in a few days. The order was correct and slightly ahead of the advised schedule. Why only 3 stars? Well the lead times are ridiculously long. I had to buy from puma because of the arrangement with the club but 6 weeks or so is a good chunk of the season and this needs to improve.

Ordered in August for delivery in…
Ordered in August for delivery in October (unbelievably slow). However one week before delivery the most important item in my order suddenly became out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered it. This is not good enough. My clubs previous supplier (Macron) where able to deliver fairly promptly even in the middle of a lockdown last year. Puma you really need to up your game or you will lose customers. I would have liked to give them zero stars.

Delivery waits are very long
The quality of products is fantastic (5 star) & I’m really happy with them but the delivery times are ridiculously long so it’s impossible to give more than 3 stars overall. Order made on 29th July didn’t arrive until 14th September. Even with some initial personalisation that is a very long wait!

The kits with printing have a horrendously long turnaround.
The kits themselves are good quality but sizing is all over the place.
Ordered a size 10-12 t-shirt (for my 8 year old which is perfect size) however the sweatshirt in the same style in the same size is massive!
All in all - not impressed.

The delivery times and lack of meeting promises has been poor. We have spent over £12000.00 on kit and had to but a heat press to save time and print it all ourselves. Genuinely feel sorry for our rep who has tried to make things happen for us

Continual waiting!
We are a grassroots club who have spent over £16,000. We are now in a position where we have waited well over the extended lead time for certain items leaving players with no kit for their first 5/6 games!! We have waited over 8 weeks for kits for one team. We were sold the kits and colour ways by the salesman and now there is no stock of certain items for the second year in a row. Yes, there has been a pandemic, but I'm pretty sure there aren't many places where you wait 8 weeks for a delivery of clothing. I imagine that the multi million pound football clubs have got everything they require from puma. Its the people who have used their hard earned money to provide their children with kits that are suffering!
