No communication! Can someone contact us ASAP . We have sent many emails with no response. An order supposed to be delivered the system says but we never received it. It might even got lost. Never received a tracking number to track the package.

WORST SPORTSWEAR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've made an order and I immediately noticed that I chose a wrong number for one of the shirts. I immediately contacted them to change the number but almost a month has passed and I have had no reply! Disaster customer care service!

I have tried to seek help via Mail to Puma Teamwear. They once answered me, but nothing after that. I want to buy a good deal of goods from them to Norway, but I have problems being able to order it. Has sent mail 4 times without response. Very boring for both me who do not get my products and those who lose a customer.

We have been dealing with Puma Teamwear for around 4 months. We are a brand new club and have spent a significant amount of money kitting out over 50 girls. The quality of the kit is 5 stars, we are over the moon with the product. The service at the beggining was also 5 stars, we got supplied with a discount code of 10% and free delivery at the beginning, but this past month we have lost the codes and the service has become poor for no apparent reason. When we asked for a discount code to help us financially, the response was not forthcoming stating that it had run out for us. Our last two orders we have been given estimated deliveries, which have gone from next day delivery to taking over a week, with the current order approaching 10 days and still no delivery, despite a date given which has lapsed. This has become extremely stressful especially with the new season approaching in 2 weeks and members of our team waiting on their kit. We have spent thousands on kit and as a loyal customer and a brand new customer it would have been nice to have been looked after better. I hope this can be resolved.

Received our order, a numbered top which the number was placed too low, and the top bobbled on the first wear.
Emailed puma customer service twice months ago and still no reply. Won’t buy again or recommend

Webiste easy on the eyes, ordering process easy, garments of good quality at a good price followed by reliable delivery.

Although there were a few issues regarding the delivery of the order they were more than helpful. With covid 19 I believe the advisors were excellent and kept me updated with the progress of all my deliveries. I have ordered 6 times from the company and even with a return they have been more than accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend

I ordered some trainers from Puma. UPS was said they tried to deliver them to my address which was a lie. When I called UPS they could not help me because I had no tracking number as they had not left a card at my address as they had not tried to deliver the item. I called Puma who could not help as again they said I needed a UPS tracking number. Puma also did not have a manager at hand to take my complaint. I will now have to wait for the trainers to be returned to Puma for them to refund me at some point in the future.

The kit itself is great quality and the style is awesome. Sizing is slightly off but manageable.

But in saying this the service is shocking. I have had a few other clubs ask me about using Puma teamwear and I have had to advise them against it. Its constant missed timescales, ignored emails and ignored calls. As much as we love the kit it is just not worth the effort.

As a new Chairman it was a big deal for me to change our kit supplier and it has been personally embarrassing to have to field constant questions from managers, coaches, parents and players.

We complained early on in the relationship about the service and things got better for a short while but went back to delays and ignored messages.

Currently still awaiting communication from our business manager after chasing for three weeks.

I was holding off on writing a negative review but as no one is getting back to us I felt we had no other choice but to warn other clubs to avoid Puma teamwear.

If things do not dramatically improve for the upcoming season we will 100% be using a different provider.

The strips are awesome...Our only disappointment is the fact we did not get to wear them before lockdown and now some kids lready growing out of them. Absolutely no fault of Puma Teamwear but we will probably have to place another order soon. :)

Quality, look and style are awesome, glad to have decided to become a partner with Puma Teamwear.
