Good quality and value sportswear. Excellent products. Only downside is that if something doesn’t fit it has to be returned for a refund to buy the same product in a smaller size. The ability to exchange for a different size would be great. Responsive and helpful customer service. Thank you.

While there was a few problems in terms of delivery, the customer service was top class, fast replies, polite and extremely helpful. Any problems that occurred were looked after ASAP and once sent out, the package arrived in no time.

Items are always great quality and as shown in the images. Customer service is also very good.

After a sudden lack on stock of my first order, the team made sure that my repeat order was here in time for my dads birthday which was much earlier than expected. The customer service team were very helpful and kept me updated throughout.

Simply the best teamwear provider possible, faultless.

Some of the kit was good, however the crest was faded on 90% of the items and the personalisation on the back of a coat was completely missed off.

I brought this up with someone and they have just ignored it. This is the second time I have complained and still not heard a thing. Awful customer service

I would very much like to Thank the staff at Puma Teamwear, after a slight misunderstanding from our college, Pumawear went out of there way to fix this. Both speedily and courteously, I would very recommend.

Historically we have used other sports brand to supply kits for our football club but after a recommendation we decided to try Puma Teamwear for some tracksuits. Ordering was easy, product arrived ahead of time and price was cost effective for a grassroots football club.

This experience prompted us to decide to use Puma Teamwear for our new home and away football kits, training tops and rain jackets.

Ordering was simple, and whilst I had specific requirements for the badges and numbering, they delivered keeping us up to date with delivery dates during the process.

Nice touch from John was to supply some computer generated examples of the kits and Puma Teamwear even took the time to do a great partnership picture which I loved considering Puma is a global brand and we are a small grassroots team from Bournemouth. This made us feel very special.

Going back to the kit, product is fantastic, quality is amazing and most importantly the players love it.

Well done Puma Teamwear. We will be back.

Excellent jackets for our under 17’s team. Look really smart and stand the test of time. Managers jacket is fantastic as well. Feels like the real deal. Would recommend to other teams no question.

Just received a box full of kit! It arrived early and is beyond expectation ... great quality shirts and printing! The kids teams we run will have a lot of well dressed footballers this weekend!

Ordered new kits and training kits for two Junior grassroots teams, Was a bit a novice regarding the logo and was talked through the best format to send it in.

Both kits arrived within time stated, no issues at all and the kits look the business, first time using a large brand for the kits as we are a small club and the lads are all thrilled they’ve “got a proper name”
