I have just placed an order and after going to my email confirmation I am a bit confused. My order was £126.65 which it does state on the order confirmation but it also say a total value of £9,999.99. Can you confirm why this is?

Worst customer support experience
More than a month ago I ordered a pair of sneakers on the Puma website. Unfortunately, they did not fit me, and I had to send them back. The shipping company lost my return, and I still struggle to get the refund for the lost sneakers back. I have provided all the proof of sending that I have, but Puma customer support continues to send me emails that an investigation is underway and I will not receive a refund until it is completed. By the way, they promised me something completely different. It is not my fault and the problem that the transport company lost the package, nevertheless, Puma considers it right to keep my money and disregard the opinion, situation and proof of the client. I will never order anything from their online store again.
