Pre ordered kit for my son's local team in July and delivery estimate is 21 September. Non of the discount codes I had that should have worked did. Perhaps merge with Adidas Puma so your company can work?

No delivery received..... Both orders moved to history.... No one responds to email and the mailbox is full when you ring and no extension known to put in to speak to someone..... £150 worth of order lost!

Wrong team badge attached to kit
Purchased a team bundle kit for my 8 year old boy playing for Dartford Football Club, however when order arrived it had Billericay Town badges on it and not Dartford. Since order arrived have attempted to email customer service with no reply and the phone number is not taking anymore messages. Poor service and a very upset 8 year old boy.

Really poor service
Really poor service, socks and shorts arrived but no shirts. Got in touch and received the shirts 4 days later. We had a follow up order for another 15 shirts to fill out the squad numbers but due to the delay in receiving the first batch they were out of stock. Means we have to order 70 new shirts from another company to make sure all shirts are the same as per league regulations. This has nearly bankrupted the club as we work off players subs week to week. I offered to send on 15 blank shirts and if they could embroider and print them for us willingbto pay above any costs this would bring but this was rebuked. Obvious from the generic responses I've had with them that smaller clubs like ourselves don't really matter, pity as we'd been with them for the last 4 years.

Poor initial impressions
Ordered half a dozen club branded items one day and you stated a despatch date 3 weeks later which was fine. Less than 12 hours later received another email to advise that due to exceptional demand it would be almost 2 months. Clearly you knew at the point of ordering this was to be the case so why not just be honest from the start? And stop blaming everything on the current climate - if you are so busy employ additional staff to cope. Poor initial impressions

Our website runs a Live Stock Feed function on each product, which can take some time to load on a product page to check live stock availability. This can cause some loading time when hitting a product page.
Stock levels can become low on our popular lines in our busier months ahead of the new season, however we aim to replenish stock as often as we can to ensure sufficient stock levels.
We completely understand building a Kit can be a complex process and we are constantly trying to make this easier for branded kit orders. Any feedback on this is always taken on board and used for improvements.

The top I ordered was printed incorrectly and as I write, 2 emails and 1 voice message over the past week remain unanswered.
