I filed a claim by mail for my dog as soon as they received my information they sent back a text/email saying they’re on it. As soon as they processed the claim checks were mailed out. I thought the process was done in excellent turn around time! Thanks Pumpkin!

I have spoken to many staff members in connecting with them assisting me thru the process of filing a claim and understanding the coverage of my insurance plan. The staff are very thorough and supportive for I feel they make every attempt to be transparent about what is covered and the time frame in getting reimburse for services. I also see how respectful and compassionate their dialogue is when discussing our pets which is a added quality in my communication with Pumkin.
