Ordered a heavy duty harness for our 115 Lab. Typed in her name for the free name plates. Instead of getting a name we were sent a (do not pet) tag to place on each side. They said no name was given, yet I typed it on the order form. Still stuck with (do not pet tags), or pay $14.95 more. 2nd offer was $6.95 more. Great quality harness, just wish I got my free name tags sent as I requested. But did not want to add $7 to a $40 dog harness. Make sure they see your requested name if you order a personalized item.

I purchased a personalised harness. It is very good quality, looks great and my Border Collie is very comfortable wearing it and doesnt pull.

I did follow up with only one email because my order had not arrived. I received an extremely fast response that it should have been received and another had already been organisef to be dispatched. A couple of days later I had received the harness.

I cannot speak highly enough of pupscloset from the fantastic quality product, extremely helpful staff and superior customer service.

Loved the personalized harness. The large fits our EB well and it's super easy to take on and off her.

Ordering was easy (once a choice was made considering the large amount of products to choose from). Delivery took around 3 weeks. The collar I purchased was exactly as advertised and very good quality. I will be making further orders.

I have a French miniature poodle who by natur are very susceptible to throat gagging, so I was looking for a harness that would prevent this.
Read very careful the information provided in the listings about this hardness and thought I had finally found the ideal harness. Was I wrong, the front (very thin) strap goes right across the throat hens the gagging. This product is overpriced and should not be used on dogs with sensitive throats

The collars are awesome. Very well made and solid. The black engraving really stands out. These collars are going to last a very long time.

Very poor customer service. I reached out to them after 3 weeks of not hearing anything to find out, my personalized collar was sent back, I confirmed my address and still have not heard anything. I have emailed many times with no reply and I ordered my personalized collar April 22nd.

I will not be ordering from them again, I will be trying to get my money back 😔

We love the new harness. The fit is very good and I especially like the way to adjust the chest and underbelly straps. My only wish is that the name pieces were a little smaller so they would fit the harness better and not stick out.

I got no updates on shipping for my item it just showed up 3 weeks later. Because of this i bought another harness the day before this one arrived because i didnt think i would ever get it!

Pups closet has great customer service and came through with a really sturdy and reliable dog vest. It took a while to get here, due probably from COVID mess, but it was so worth the wait. My doggie loves his vest and sat so proudly like a little kid when I placed it on him.

Upon looking at the harness I had purchased a similar one from another company. I actually thought I had ordered the correct size but once I processed the order I realized it was XXS and needed XXL. Customer support immediately corrected my mistake. Once the harness arrived we were very pleased with our purchase and it fit our GSD perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Each step there was a confirmation so no confusion as to the purchase. The prices were reasonable so I purchased not just a harness but a collar as well.
