We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years. Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides. We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers. We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.

I placed an order on 2/7/26 I had to contact them on 7th to chase order was told out of stock but would upgrade order ASAP. It was delivered on 9/7/27 but was wrong I ordered a 100ml received 75ml but still charged for 100ml, was told could send it back for refund or put points on my account which is no help to me. Should have contacted me to say it was out of stock and I would have asked for a refund.

A purely beautiful experience
This was the first time that I have ordered from Pure Beauty and did so based on the excellent price point. My items were dispatched and delivered within expected timescales and were well packaged. I have now started using my Medik8 moisturiser and very pleased with the product having changed from another pro collagen product based on price. Thank you Pure Beauty

Shocking company
Shocking company! Item arrived damaged and company disagreed and refused to refund me. As you can see from previous comments by owner on other reviews he is rude and lacks any type customer service experience. Don’t forget its ’family Run’, this does not make this ok. The directors last company was dissolved, which speaks volumes. I will not purchase from them again and will tell my friends and family!

I do take exception to "being rude".
I try to be fair. There are some bad reviews from customers on here which are genuine - we are not perfect. Then there are a lot of people who use reviews or the threat of reviews to defraud some businesses. It is standard practice I'm afraid and I am not the kind of person who will accept that. I believe in honesty and fairness.
We are a family run business and I point this our because the larger mainly US companies who have billions just do not need to or want to have a public discussion and just always give in. They can afford to we cannot.
I am not rude but I am straightforward and I understand that some people do not like that.
If you have a genuine review of something we did which was wrong or just bad service then I will take it on the chin. If you want to use reviews to try and damage our reputation or even defraud us that I will not accept.
