We are a small family run Beauty Salon from Lichfield in the Midlands and we have been selling Professionally Recommended Beauty Products Online in the UK for nearly 20 years. Our brands include some of the most popular, well known and well resepcted skincare and hair care products in the UK. These include Dermalogica, Elemis, Medik8, SkinCeuticals, Olpalex, L'Oreal, Color Wow and many, many more besides. We are a small business and we are very proud to be so and the comes with it's stregnths and weaknesses but we have a strong and loyal customer base and we always try and do our very best for all of our customers. We hand pick and pack all of our customers' orders, we do it from our Salon in Lichfield and we process and send orders as quickly as we can but we are not a multi-national business and we will never deliver your items the same day. What we will do is appreciate each and every customer and each and every order they choose to place with us.

I ordered an Elemis product from Pure Beauty, they did not let me know that the product was actually out of stock and they needed to wait for an Elemis replenishment order to fulfill mine, so dispatch took an unreasonable amount of time and unfortunately, it was for a gift and although it was ordered well in time for a birthday, the birthday was still missed. It also arrived with the box to the product very battered. When Pure Beauty asked for service feedback, I relayed this issue to them and they just shrugged it off each of my concerns and offered me to return the item, even though I said it was a gift. I do not rate their service in dispatching orders nor they're customer service at all. Would recommend seeking alternative places to purchase items, not worth dealing with them at all.

The order was received on Sunday 17th May and despatched on Thursday 21st of May. We did require a stock replenishment delivery to be able to send the order and to be fair this was following a 5 day sale of 20% Off Elemis. Whilst an attempt was made to deliver the parcel on Saturday 23rd May it could not be delivered an was finally delivered on Tuesday 26th May.
We have received 3 emails and responded with 4 emails to the customer (sounds rude using these terms but another wonderful thing about trustpilot is I am not allowed to reference the customer by name even though their name is directly next to the review?) so being disinterested is not a fair assessment.
In terms of the product being damaged we don't think it was, even though we offered to return the product for a full refund. We photograph each parcel and it's contents before it leaves us and we also looked at the delivery image to see if there was any damage to the parcel during delivery. The delivery image is very clear that the box was intact and was being held by the customer when the photo was taken. There was no damage.
Even so, we have offered to replace the product or refund in full and the customer has chosen not to proceed with either option.
Brilliant Service All Round
Fast delivery and excellent service. Ordered on Saturday afternoon and received it by Tuesday noon — faster than expected. Everything was well wrapped, and the complimentary samples were a nice bonus. Great value for money!

Let down …
I had an appointment at Pure Spa Bristol
I arrived early to find premises closed and no staff there.
Many telephone calls later whilst stood outside of Pure Spa premises.....still no contact with anyone!!
I wasted my day coming for an appointment that never happened.
What terrible service with no customer care.

Another perfect example of why trust pilot is utterly worthless. Anyone can post anything about any business. They do not have to interacted with it. They do not have to prove anything. Anyone can just do anything they like which makes any and all reviews pointless.

This review is not about us. It is not for us. Good or bad I point them out. What you probably don't know is that trust pilot make it nearly impossible to have reviews "reviewed" and moderated so for that reason I just cannot be bothered.

Bought another Dermalogica moisturiser as they had a special offer on for a 100ml size. Sadly no free sample this time to try. They sell other nice products but I mainly use for Dermalogica at the moment.

Great small company, recommended
This was my first time purchasing skincare from Pure Beauty, they had a good discount and free delivery. As despatch had been delayed by a bank holiday I called customer services as I was worried I might have left my temporary address by the time the package arrived. The very helpful customer service agent upgraded me to next day delivery and soon after I received a confirmation email. Very friendly and efficient service.

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
I bought serum £135.20 and it hasn’t refund during over 10 days since my order was canceled, and my refund still hasn't been processed. I haven't received a reply to my email to customer service about refund, and although I managed to get through on the phone, they only said they would chase the seller for refund and won't let me speak to them anymore. I paid £135.20, and if you don't give me my money back, I will report you! You are THE SELLER!!!!
