. The extremely loud music being played in the gym.
. The lack of response from the gym manager Paul Smart.
. He is always on his mobile. Once, I wanted to report a safety issue to him but he looked at me like I am a criminal. At the end, I had to get his attention by saying if you do not look at this problem and something happened to me, I will defiantly sue you and your company. And then, he nodded to one of his colleagues to see what the problem was and went back to his phone. :)
. The level of music has become completely unacceptable by one of the coaches, Jurij Belik who does the training with his personal clients in a separate area but attached to the main area. He turns the music volume completely unacceptable loud. One time I asked him to turn it a little bit down, he claimed that he is with his clients and can not do that. The other day, I had a panic attack and started to cry and I could not be able to breath because of horrible loud music.
. While the manager was on his hone somewhere, thanks to the coach Ray Morrison to come and help me by performing the first aid for showing me how to keep deep breathing and pass the attack.
. After that, I had to head home without finishing my day plan.
. I plan my day and drive to this gym but now, I am so terrified about what will happened if I go to do my exercises as I really do not know who takes responsibility of making this gym as a safe place to join practising.

I love the gym, the facilities, it is always clean and tidy and the team are always friendly. Jess is fantastic she is knowledgeable and very approachable

Brilliant gym, price is great vs other alternatives. New machines, great choice of classes at all time & friendly staff who are always there to help.

Great gym - loads of equipment, clean, cool and a lovely atmosphere. Changing rooms clean and spacious. I always say this, but I feel so relaxed in there, have felt self conscious/intimidated in other gyms but that’s definitely not the case at PureGym 😊

really enjoyed my workout session at PureGym. I was pleased to find that all the equipment I needed was available throughout my visit, which made the session really enjoyable. I also tried the shower facilities for the first time and was pleasantly surprised—they were much better than I expected. Overall, a great experience! Dalston site.

Equipment is good , layout is fine idiots leave their weights everywhere and cant be bothered to put them away , and the numpties on their mobile phones does my head in sitting on machines and benches, put some signs up..put weights away and turn off your mobiles..gym sharks or phone sharks..gonna start having a pop at some if these numpties..

Going to pure gym increases my confidence as even in the heat I am able to do the strength training due to the coolness of the gym and my trainer’s guidance.

Juby (PT) is simply the best!Regardless of how his day is going, he ALWAYS presents everyone with great enthusiasm and a smile, which speaks volumes to his customer service skills. We really appreciate him and I speak on the behalf of all attendees of his classes!

Wakefield Puregym has really friendly helpful staff, Charlotte, Ally, Jess & Joel always greet you with a smile. Classes are engaging and fun. I recommend this place for a great workout.

Been a member for 6 years at Abbeywood. The place needs to be upgraded with old machines and a number breaking down. The final straw is that they have had no water for the last two weeks. I had to finish my session early today, as I ran out of water and was too thirsty to continue. I'm now looking for another gym
