I frequent the Harlow PureGym as it is local, and I absolutely love it.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, supportive clientele and an overall great space. Good selection of equipment, a ladies gym upstairs, brilliant class selection and well set up. Callum runs this branch brilliantly and that shines through in the team he has built around him.
I have Nicky Hill as my PT and she is fantastic pushing you to the limit and helping you achieve every fitness goal. Best PT ever, full stop 💪

PURE GYNM SWISS COTTAGE
Big gym , good facilities and my amazing PT MO is there. I would add on the functional room upstairs some monkey bars , that would help 100% cross fitters , I am training for a Spartan Race and having those anywhere in the gym would be definitely a plus for everybody working not only their muscle growth , but the athletics and functional part.
I recommend Mo , PT for anyone looking to have a big change in their lifestyle . Great mentor , friend and professional!

I absolutely loved the Cycle class!!
I absolutely loved the Cycle class!!! I felt the facilitator, Anthony Sewell was top notch! I also did the GLC class straight afterwards and totally enjoyed that too. It was a very positive experience. I'll be doing the strength class tonight!

Fun and Enjoyable exercise classes
The exercise classes in pure gym are fun and challenging, each instructor is fantastic at motivating everyone, improving techniques and making everyone laugh (and sweat). Great start to the day!

Entering with PureGym’s Mobile QR Code contactless scanning system through Access Pods is cool. The Pods speaks “hello” we’re scanning for weapons. For those who prefer organic entry systems PureGym’s Keypad 8-digit manual input is available. Once inside PureGym provides 3-levels of access to lockers, toilets, changing rooms, showers; as well as, workout areas. My favourite is “The Women’s Place” on the second floor, A brilliant space for Women [& their Personal Trainers] that allows a non-competitive, almost Zen-Fit energy for women to get fit in. Working @ your own pace. No mansplaining your every move. 🤭 Joking. A bit of Trevor Noah humour; or Zarna Garg humour, no “Hi Hi”. 😮😊 PureGym Camden High Street is dynamic, well maintained and the equipment is modern and fit for purpose. Fitness @ any age. A nervous return
I returned today to the gym after 10 months of cancer treatment, I was really surprised at how much easier it is to park now and the spin bikes were upgraded and really enjoyed the class. I spoke with the spin instructor after as wasn’t sure if you had to register number plates for parking and he was very helpful and welcoming. A nervous return but thoroughly enjoyed.

Having visited several or the chains…
Having visited several or the chains Gym's I have given them a 3/5. Overall fairly priced, especially if you take a buddy once a week.
Equipment on the whole is good quality but often you need to queue for some of it especially between 4-7pm.
Changing rooms are adequate with decent showers. Although some lockers show signs of forced entry. Probably better yo use tjose in the main gym area.
Finally expect to be in the background of someones latest Tick-tock or Instagram post... its rife with it.
