Absolutely loved the quality of the hair and how convenient it was to install!

I received my extensions on and they were not the colour or Quality shown on the web page. Yes i am aware all screens are not the same so colour may differ, it was more the quality being the issue the before picture of a model with short hair like mine applying them with a 7 piece pack looked fine, however they arrived super thin and there was no way it was going to work.

Can you test them no as they have strict return policy. Which i have followed 4 DAYS AGO. they state an easy return process.... my return application has been pending for 4 days and my emails go ignored, my SMS go ignored.

All i want to do is send them back for a refund. Worst customer service i have ever seen...

I am editing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I did end up getting my extensions, and they are excellent quality, I'd give a 10/10. Price suits what you get. Once I did get the tracking number, it arrived within days with signature on delivery which I respect, just so the item isn't left on the porch for thieves. As for customer support, I wish they had perhaps a customer support team who are strictly on the computers to get back to customers within 24 hours instead of receiving a response from the company an entire week later.

Previous review: Awful customer service. I ordered extensions and they never shipped, I reached out 3 separate times and haven't heard anything back. At this point I'd rather just get my money back. What kind of company doesn't respond to customers???

Extremely happy with my purchase of 16inch clip in hair extensions, easy to navigate online shop and delivery was extremely quick, highly recommend, also colour match was on point and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived!!

These extensions are worth every cent!
I ordered the 24inch 250grams dark brown clip in hair extensions and wear them daily 24/7, They are thick from root to tip, silky smooth and look incredible. I wash them after 10-13 wears and even after washing they remain in tact (using the correct hair products of course) they are still smooth, no breakage and have kept their thickness. Even using heat on them they are still in beautiful condition, iv had no issues with tangling, matting or dry hair as i also oil them mid to ends twice daily. following their care instructions have made these extensions a bliss, the quality is amazing you can tell they are pure human hair, i have never felt more confident and happy with an extensions brand. Shipping is also extremely quick!!!!!

Please avoid. The customer service is extremely disappointing, they take no accountability and will look for any reason to shift blame onto the customer rather than address legitimate concerns.

The hair quality was not as advertised; it appeared to be mixed with synthetic fibers and contained noticeable orange and yellow strands.

Overall, a frustrating experience with both the product and the lack of support. I would not recommend.

(company will reply to reviews nicely and also twist the entire issue to seem helpful, blame it on user error to cover up for all the bad reviews. please don’t be fooled and take your business elsewhere <3)

I have had no complaints with these microloop extensions, they last me up to 4 months and I hardly loose any, whereas before with a different company I would loose nearly half of them in 2 months. Highly recommend pure hair extensions, top quality and worth every penny, thank you pure hair

Paid for next day delivery, came as expected. Used these for my wedding day and they were perfect! Held up amazingly and so easy to style!

0 stars. I ordered extensions 1 week before a wedding I was going to and payed for 1 day delivery, and got my order “flagged for fraud” by the pure hair extensions team 2 days before the wedding after reaching out and asking where my order was. Asking me for ID and further details to
Send me order. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this service. Ended up cancelling my order as they ‘required’ proof of address. Have yet to receive my refund.

I've never bought hair extensions before and was a little nervous about it. This whole experience was so easy from start to finish. I bought a great pony tail which my hairdresser attached with no issues. The colour was perfect and it looked amazing. Cant wait to buy more....

Hair is good quality and is human hair, the clip in fringe is very long on the head and just doesn't look good on me however but thats a me issue :(

And they do not except returns for the clip in fringes, which I cannot find anywhere on their website, but was said on the info card included in my purchase. Would've been nice to know before I purchased.

UPDATE: (29/04/26) The owner has reached out and let me know that they DO accept returns on fringes, and the info card in the purchase was incorrect and they'll be correcting that. Thank you so much to the owner for reaching out to let me know!
