Becareful with this company. Maybe not all their weaves are put together the same but I received mine and the quality was awful. Threads all showing at the top. I sent the photo of the mess of threading (along with colour being way off, which wasnt their fault) but all together it was a mess and all their shotty stitch work was so lose as well. They were less than helpful in any sort of return or exchange.

I got the halo extensions and clip ins. Great quality. Great price. Only downside is the blending is awful. There’s a blunt line between colors. I had to re-dye them before I could wear them.

I was asked to give a review first few days after I bought these extensions and they looked perfect initially and I gave a 5 star review. However,it has been 2 weeks now and they look horrible. The keratin quality is terrible and the hair looks stringy, ratty and choppy. They get tangled really easily and super dry. They are frizzy and very matted, it is so hard to brush out. I have made an appointment to have the extensions removed tomorrow.I followed all the care instructions that came with the package. Do not buy.

These are the absolute worst brand of extensions I have ever seen in my life. I ordered platinum blonde, as zala went out of business. these are NEON yellow and too dark for me to tone. I want to cry. I am so angry. They took an entire month to get here, cost was crazy and they could not be any worse. Now, to send them back I’ll have to wait another month to get my money back and however long it takes to find a new brand. these are awful. Don’t buy from the company. They are about three shades darker than platinum. They are bright neon yellow/ orange.

I bought the 20” u-tip keratin extensions to have professionally installed. I’ve been using fusion extensions for 9 years, and have never had a reaction to the glue, and this time I did. The hair quality is fine, it’s the glue they use. While using shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for the keratin fusion extensions, I’ve had a lot of itching, and the glue itself is turning whitish color so you can see it in the roots, and it flakes off. Since that is happening to the glue the hair is also pulling out, shedding a ton. I am so disappointed, because the hair itself is so pretty and has a natural wave to. I won’t be able to buy it again though because they are not gonna last very long at this rate of shedding, and the itchiness is not tolerable.

My hair is thinning and falling since I bleached it and I was so stressed about it. I had taped-on extension once for my wedding and it ripped a lot of my already thinning hair. One day I found Pure Hair website, didn't even know there's such thing like clip-on extension. I bought the 16in dark brown and OMG - I am obsessed with it now. I feel so much better with my hair and I don't even have to use all pieces for daily use. I am super happy I am getting another one with highlight. I wish they make seamless set in 16in - please 😍

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. The hair is soft, looks very natural, and add the volume for which is intended.
Very quick delivery, no issues with courier.

Don’t bother getting express delivery. My package never came. I have no way of getting in contact with anybody. I have emailed. I have done everything that asked me to do but it just sends me around the loop and there is no way to get in touch with an actual human being. I’m therefore spent $500 and receive nothing. Be careful. This seems like a scam.

These extensions arrived so quickly, there were so many colour options and the team matched them from a photo of my hair perfectly. They’re also even thicker than I expected. So excited to wear them for my wedding!

Paid for next day shipping the order was not even dispatched untill the following day making it a day later to recievce and unable to use product as it was needing the day prior to receiving was not give shipping refund paid the 20$ extra for either i wouldn't have paid the extra if had of knowem wasn't going to recievce it any quicker
