Congratulations to Purely Shutters, we have had excellent service. The initial visit was from Sue who was knowledgeable about the product and was honest about the lead time of 20 weeks. The fitting was all done by Chris, today, who did a great and professional job. He was highly skilled and not only were the two sets of bay windows and two bedrooms fitted, he left the house very clean and tidy and removed all the packaging.
We are delighted with the shutters and intend to now order for two more rooms. Thank you.

We found Purely Shutters on the Internet and made an appointment for a consultation. The surveyor who visited us was very knowledgeable and helped us to decide what kind of shutters would suit our windows and requirements. She measured the windows during the visit and e-mailed us a quote 2 days later. We thought the quote was good value for money and went ahead with the order. The shutters arrived on time and were professionally fitted. They came with a 5 year guarantee, which is reassuring. We are very pleased with how they work and look and would definitely recommend the company.

If you accept the waiting time ( it allowed us to save up) the whole process was pretty seamless. Professional in all aspects, from measuring up, quotation, a bit of wiggle room on price, good admin and excellent speedy installation. Hugely satisfied.

So from ordering to installation was 21 weeks so a long wait which I’m told is now a bit shorter but they are made in China hence the slow delivery, however I’m going to review the shutters themselves which are a very good quality not the logistics of delivery; the shutters are weighty, sturdy and well constructed. I had ordered 12 windows and 2 are about 9 foot wide I was happy with the cost and value.
A big shout out to the installers Craig & Jake, who left no mess and made an excellent job of installation and an added bonus was they take all the boxes and rubbish with them, so saved us a trip to the recycling centre.
So good value, very good quality and they look great, I recommend the product you won’t be disappointed

A bit of a delay but in terms of Service and fittings, excellent. The shutters look absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The two fitters ( I cannot remember their names) need to be commended as they were professional, polite and clearly experienced, knowing exactly what they were doing. A very pleased customer 😀

From our initial meeting with Sam to the final fitting we are so thrilled with our shutters. They look amazing and the comments from friends and neighbours are fantastic. I’m sure they put value on our house.

From our first experience with Amber from explaining the product to the fitting process and the story behind the company when she visited us at the end of January,

We have just had Cliff round to measure up for our second Purely Shutters purchase. We have been so delighted with our sitting room bay window shutters we have decided to return for the bay window in a bedroom and another window in a little study. They do a fantastic job at reducing the glare of the afternoon sun and they look so beautiful and elegant. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish and we couldn’t be more delighted. At really competitive prices, together with great service and fitting, and excellent quality I would strongly recommend Purely Shutters as your first choice.

I can’t recommend Purely Shutters enough particularly Sue. Today I have ordered shutters for 2 more of my windows after having shutters for 3 windows fitted in 2020. Sue is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, she knows her Shutters inside and out. I will always go back to Sue if I need anymore Shutters in the future. I have just had Sue back to measure up for another bay window. I have been so pleased with my original purchase that I am now having the bedroom window to match. The service was first class from the initial consultation to the fitter cleaning up after himself once he had finished. I can not recommend them more as the service and product are both exceptional. I have also found that having the shutters keeps in some of the warmth so hopefully will help with costly fuel bills in the future. (As well as looking fantastic! )

Russ fitted our new shutters yesterday. A bow window which we thought would be problematic but Russ fitted them perfectly, also two upstairs shutters.
They really look wonderful, the work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and everything was quickly tidied away.

I have used this company twice now-friendly and excellent quality shutters. I have used a different company on a property not in Bath and the quality of this company is far superior. Excellent advice from Cliff-the measurer and very efficient service from Greg the fitter who took great care whilst making the for absolutely perfect!

Have just placed our third order with Purely Shutters and we are sure that we will be as thrilled with these as we have been previously.
Sue has been with us on our journey throughout and has always come up with solutions that have worked perfectly with the end result looking amazing - she’s a great ambassador for the company.
The finish of the hardwood shutters is exceptional, the installation team have always been professional and courteous and the office staff have always been friendly and efficient.
Lead times have grown over the past twelve months but the company have always been upfront about this and managed expectations accordingly which is better than over promising and under delivering.

Fantastic experience with Purely Shutters. The initial appointment with Ralph was very professional and he explained all of the options really well, with lots of photos of previous work. The fitting was very smooth and we are delighted with our shutters. They are a great quality and we are looking to use the company again.
