We've had the Purely Shutters team install shutters in the last two properties we've lived in and I can't recommend them enough. The quality and craftmanship of their shutters is outstanding and the installation and after sales care is exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the second time we’ve used Purely Shutters, Sue was great again. Service is professional and friendly shutters look amazing from 2017 after having new windows installed we’ve decided to have them upstairs. Removal and re-installation was also arranged at a cost but worth it. Neil was also great communicated with us on times re-installed perfectly. Highly recommend

This is our second time using Purely Shutter and we would highly recommend. Staff are friendly and efficient. They stay in constant communication with you throughout. Fit-out was quick and hassle free. Product is of a very high quality.

I have recently had shutters fitted in three rooms by purely shutters - two bays windows and one box room. I have to say we are very pleased and impressed! My father has more expensive shutters and I personally can’t see the difference in the overall appearance.
Collette who came to visit was great, honest in her advice and guidance.
On the day the fitters were most professional and respectful in our home. The price was affordable and feel we had great value for money.

Overall would recommend Purely Shutters without hesitation.

I cannot rate Purley Shutters high enough. The installation was delayed for obvious reasons but I was kept notified and when given a date was not let down. Joe (the fitter) was brilliant, quality job, very polite and a credit to the company. The blinds look fantastic and really happy that we took Purley Shutters advice and lowered the hight of the shutters in the front room. Based on this experience we will definitely be using this company again

We had shutters fitted by Purely Shutters a few years ago and were delighted with them. They look as good as the day they were fitted. Today we had more shutters fitted to a rear bedroom and Neil did an amazing job. He left not a speck of dust and removed all the packaging, the only change to the room was the appearance of these beautiful shutters.

There is quite a wait between ordering and fitting, as I understand that they are manufactured abroad, however Purely Shutters kept us updated and we never felt that we had been forgotten.

The blinds are a wonderful addition to our home and look elegant, modern and colonial at the same time. We have always had the shutters with the hidden tilt rods as they are very easy to use, look sleek and we feel that they make them easier to clean. They also allow for individual panels to be opened and closed as the sun moves across a room.

In conclusion, although we had to wait several months for the shutters, I would have happily waited years for them, they and the company are of the highest quality, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Had Sue come today and quote me - she was so accommodating with the appointment time and gave me a great price. Can’t wait for my new blinds.

We had our shutters fitted today. Jake and Craig were amazing! Polite, extremely clean and accommodating . They took down our existing fittings that I wasn’t able to do and ensured everything was super tidy before they left. I’m very happy with our shutters - sue was amazing when she came to take the order. Not pushy, just extremely honest! Love my blinds! And icing on the cake they gave us the best price too!

Purely Shutters were recommended to me by a friend of mine and I can't praise them enough. Sue came out to measure up and advise on the best shutters for my rooms. She answered every question I had throughout the visit and even afterwards. Kurt at the office kept me updated at every step of the production process, delivery timing and fitting date. Craig fitted my shutters yesterday and was amazing! Very clean, tidy, friendly, professional, observed distancing and explained the shutter function and cleaning/ maintenance tips. I could not recommend Kirsty and Purely Shutters more highly. We used Purely Shutters after my mum had a positive experience with them and they came and fitted shutters to each window in our new build home.

Kirsty came out to measure and offer her expertise in designs and styles and we are so pleased with the final result - they fit absolutely perfectly and the idea to have a split shutter on our main windows looks amazing - they have only been in a week and we have received lots of compliments already! They have completely finished off and transformed each room in the house.

Purely Shutters are definitely the best in the game and I wouldn't bother going anywhere else; they are well worth their money, great communicators (we had lots of updates on our shutters journey from Kurt and any potential delays due to Covid) and the fitting team were lovely, covid compliant and worked really fast to get the job done and tidied up after themselves.

Very happy with service from start to finish. Sue came out measured up and gave loads of good advice, really knows her stuff. Ben and Craig fitted shutters. Great Covid safety measures in place. Worked quickly, efficiently and completely tidied everything up. Love the shutters, they look brilliant.

Great company to deal with, lovely staff too. Purely shutters have fitted 4 windows with shutters already, I have 2 more on order and will be back for more when I'm ready, great quality and nothing is impossible to them. They did a fabulous job of 2 of my odd shaped windows, that 2 other shutter companies refused to quote for. Keep up the great work!

From the point of order to fitting of our shutters everything went very smoothly.
Sue who measured up and provided the quotation is great to deal with, none of the hard sell or anything like that with her, she provides great advice and ensured we were happy before placing an order.
The quality of the product fitted by their team is excellent, zero complaints from me.
The transformation to our house has made such a difference, asthetically the shutters set off not just the inside of our home but also the outside.
The shutters we've had fitted have made such a difference to the room temperature, they've really added another layer of insulation.
I can only leave positive reviews about Sue and the fitters and also highly recommend the product and the service.
I've just placed another order today so for me that says it all.

Dear Kirsty,

We recently had Cliff round to give us another quote for yet more shutters around our home. It was lovely to see him again and we now have more shutters on the way. Our first experience with him was honest and he made us feel comfortable in the deciding process explaining as he went along. Ben and Jake made a totally beautiful job of fitting the shutters and they were a delight to have in our home.

Just to complicate things, we had new windows fitted so the blinds had to be removed and refitted by Neil who did a really great job with no fuss. He was also extremely easy to have in and around our home.

We are looking forward to our new blinds from an extremely helpful considerate and professional company.
