Just had my second installation of shutters, this time to my bay and all I can say it was a joy to see a crafts man work. He had his own portal hoover which he was continually using and all the rubbish was put back on his van. I would like to say a big big thank you to Sue for coming to my home to measure and to the girls in the offices. It’s such a delight to deal with caring and professional people, once again thank you.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Sue Tolley who surveyed my property a few years ago and the experience I had from start to finish was superb.
I have just purchased a new build and Sue was able to get onsite prior to practical completion and again did an excellent job on the survey so there were no delays.
I have to say that the backroom staff are on the ball and have kept me alerted to any delays throughout the process.
I am now awaiting delivery and installation, which is expected around the early part of December, but it's a busy time for everyone and you know what, if they install in January then that's fine.
They're well worth waiting for.

Loyal and repeat customers of Purely Shutters. After an initial bad experience with delays (expected due to current conditions), installation and aftercare on our latest order, a resolution was eventually put in place to a satisfactory level. Communication vastly improved after a chat with the manager and compensation fairly agreed. Looking forward to the job being completed early next year. All being well this will change to a 5-star review once all shutters are installed.

We ordered our Shutters in May 2021 and had them installed this week. The delay was due to the shipping and manufacturing issues the world is experiencing from China. However, Purely has kept us informed of this as we progressed from our original placement of the order.

We invited numerous companies to quote to install Shutters at our property. Purely was the last company we invited to quote and and it became very obvious that they were one of our preferred options. Sue from Purley has a vast amount of knowledge and experience and spent a considerable amount of time with us , discussed all options open to us and listened to what we were hoping to achieve. After viewing the product and listening to her advice she managed to achieve the ascetic look we were hoping for. The Shutters themselves are of fantastic quality and now installed we are extremely happy with Purely and we consider them an investment and has changed the look and feel of our property in a very positive way.

Installation Process.

We were advised from Internal support from Purely of the install date and time. Gregg and Clint arrived on time and it was very obvious from the start that the pre planning of the install meant that the boxes were labelled by room and made it very easy for the installation to commence very quickly.

Both Gregg and Clint worked extremely efficiently and installed all 7 Shutters considerable shorter time that I had envisaged. The ease of install was largely due to the attention to the measuring up process undertaken by Sue at the pre contract stage.

Once we had committed to Purley the whole process was a very good experience and I would recommend Purley who offer great customer service quality product and value for money. Very Happy !!!

We used Purely Shutter 7 years ago to fit shutters throughout our home and they still look perfect. They have been subjected to three children and have definitely stood the test of time! We were so pleased with the quality and service that we have used them again recently to fit shutters in a second house that we have just renovated. The staff are always courteous and helpful. We had Sue to come and measure and then Kirsty was always at the end of the phone should I have any questions. Russ who came out to fit the shutters was very respectful of our house and left it clean and tidy when he had finished taking all of the packaging away. I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others.
