Fast Delivery, but no email communications on order status received

Was just starting to wonder what was going on when the product showed up. Standard these days is to over communicate order status/progress. Only email received was for this survey.

Update - Company provided evidence of emails being sent, there must of been an email server problem (not in junk folder). Bumping from three to four stars.

Would buy again from Pure Modern.....

The service was great

Doorbell

Ordered a doorbell, but it doesn't light up as was specified for some reason. It still works, it just doesn't light up as the image did. As in, no light at all.

Customer service quickly got in contact with me after I asked for an exchange. Was sent a replacement at no charge. Satisfied with the outcome. Very good company.

A beautiful Rain Gauge ....

The stainless steel rain gauge is just what I wanted. It shipped timely, and was packaged nicely.

The rain gauge was nicely done and I was so looking forward to placing in the front of my home. Unfortunately, I did have to return it as it read in metric and not in inches.

I requested a return label which I received shortly thereof. The people were nice to work with and did what was expected in a timely fashion.

I definitely will do business with them again.

The item I ordered arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and was just as described on the web site, although I telephoned them to verify the color, as the name of the color didn't seem to go with the description. The person I spoke to was courteous and helpful.

received a damaged lamp

I ordered a lamp form puremodern that cost me $274 on 2/10. I received a tracking number the same day. On the 17th still no lamp. FedEx never received that item. I spoke with puremodern about the issue and I was told they were having issues with the packaging. I finally received my lamp on 2/24. I am excited I finally have my lamp. When I opened the box the foam that was suppose to be protecting the item was tore up. A random screw was sitting in the box. Where did it go better yet where did it come from. The bottom of the base was dented, the lamp had exposed wires that were supposed to be encased in the cord (wire exposed). I tried to call the company only to find out that they closed like 4:30. I spoke with customer service and had to send pictures. Now the company tells me it has to be reviewed. All I want is what I paid for. I asked for a replacement and send a label so I can return the damaged lamp. I got the run around after that. I guess they had to think about what to do????? The longer I waited for someone to contact me the more I became frustrated. At this point it's 3/1 and now all I want is a return label and a refund. I received my refund on 3/1 after many calls. I asked for a return label and was told to keep the lamp, get it fixed or throw it out. They also stated this never happened before as if I damaged the lamp I paid $274 for and waited 14 days to receive. Needless to say I will never shop here ever again in life. To receive damaged goods that I paid for and get the run around instead of someone rectifying the situation by sending me what I paid for......I will never shop here again.

We do stand behind our products 100%, which is why you were provided with a FULL refund and we did not ask for the lamp to be returned. We also want to clarify that as previously explained, the warranty claim had to be approved by the manufacturer and we had to file a claim for the shipping damages that occurred by our 3rd party shipping carrier. The warranty claims can take up to 5 business days to be resolved, which is why would could not provide you with an immediate answer. We explained the claims process and timing via two separate emails, over the phone and via text messages.

Nice clocks

We like both the red and the ivory but the ivory looks like a soft yellow instead of ivory. It still worked in our workspace but it's definitely more yellow than ivory.

I bought fireplace tools from pure modern. They came wrapped very nicely. They were easy to set up and were very sturdy and worth the price. I got just what I thought I was buying from the photo. I am very pleased.

so worth the money....awsome! !!

At first I was not sure how well it would ship. Or if it was as cool as it was. I had it ship to my work. I could have sold it 10 times in an hour. Everyone who saw it wanted it. And my husband loves it. He is very hard to surprise. I gave it to him early.....and he loves it. My only regret was i with i got the bigger one when i saw it on sale. Dont wait ......you need this.

Quality, product A+++

I ordered 3 white Dakota Barstools and am impressed with the product, I would recommend it to anyone. They are solid, good quality, and are just as pictured on the website. I really like the stools as they are on a single pedestal and so don't have a large footprint like many other 4-legged stools. This means I can fit 3 stools at my kitchen island and completely tuck them away when not in use (slip them under the countertop). This design helps me optimize the space in my smaller sized kitchen.
