PureModern shipped my door bell quickly, although the wrong color was shipped, when I called them, they quickly shipped a replacement. My door bell is a good quality and looks great. I highly recommend doing business with PureModern.

Online ordering was easy and the table was delivered surprisingly fast. The table is of a lesser quality wood than expected however, but the price was right. There is a residue of film on the glass which was tough to remove. Otherwise happy with the purchase!

Extremely beautiful.
Instructions for assembly were sparse and unclear. But, once completed it is exactly as pictured.

I did chat via on-line regarding the purchase of the sofa that accompanied the place in the picture. Service person said he would get back to me, but never did.

PureModern has a great selection of lamps and lighting options. I love my new pendants, however I was appalled to learn that it was going to cost me over $400 to send it to New Zealand. That's more than the light itself. Luckily I found another way to have it delivered for a fifth of the price.

We gave the Ecosphere to my husband for Father's Day and he loves it! Such a unique gift and something he can enjoy all day while working at his desk. The coolest, no maintenance "fish tank" one can own.

I ordered a clock for my boyfriend for Christmas that was available online in a few fonts. Unfortunately Pure Modern didn't realize that it really only came in two, and neither was the one I wanted. Needless to say, I got quick and helpful responses from my customer service rep, the website was updated immediately, and Pure Modern more than made up for the mistake. Very impressed!

I ordered a bar stool, and anticipated it to take a little longer to arrive due to the Holidays. However, I was happy when it arrived ahead of schedule. Putting it together was so simple, and it does look great in my kitchen.

I was looking for oversized outdoor pots to act as a focal point in my courtyeard. PureModern had lots to pick from. The staff was particularly helpful in making sure I had thought everything through before finalizing my purchase.

We ordered some adhesive window screening - what do you call it? - for a ground floor bathroom window. So many patterns to choose from, we chose a geometric that looked great with the tile floor and modern look of the room.
