I switched to puretalk from straighttalk. Really wish I hadn't. There are times when I cant even make a call and text... I might recieve the text the day after it is sent. It's the same when I send one. I live i a rural area they said I would have service. I told them about it and they only said my phone wasn't set correctly. We'll, it's worse now than it was. I need a phone that works. Im disabled and do all my banking online and alot of doctor calls.

Im very dis pleased with this company right now. I ran out of data probably like 4 weeks ago, have had to go to libraries, stay with different family members just to be able to have wifi to even text friends. 20 gigabytes of data is alot..although when I paid my bill it should be resetting my data, no, these idiots decided to make it to where it only resets the 8th day of every month. Dont use this company, I'm very mad. My phone cant even see photos in Google messages because I have no data, screw off puretalk, you are literally horrible.

Dashawna and Colton were so patient and friendly with helping me set up my phone service. I love that I only had to wait a couple of minutes to talk to a live person unlike ATT where I always had to go through the annoying automated prompts and then wait 1-2 hours before talking to a live person. The plan and pricing is up front without added fees or taxes to the plan cost like ATT. I will be saving $60 per month with Pure Talk! Service is great so far!

Moved two lines from another provider. The process took less than an hour with both phones using the eSIM option (had to remove the existing SIM from the iPhone, Android allowed selection of the eSIM but still has the original card). Only trouble was with setup of the Visual Voucemail on the Android. This was easily resolved by contacting customer service. Had to reset Voicemail with wifi off on the phone and then go to settings in VM on the phone to enter the password and allow messages to transfer in.

The WORSE COMPANY I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH BY FAR!!!
●Called to switch companies they answered and took my.money and info and sent me a sim card for about $40
● SIim card did not work so I called Pure Talk sales line...they answered and said I need to call the service line...
● I was on hold via my land line being my Pure Talk phone did not work
● I held on over 3 hours on speaker phone...finally some lady answered and asked me did I have a iphone..I said no I prefer android.
● Without a word I was transfer to a Voice Mail
●● Had to file a complaint with NC Attorney Generals office to get my money back A MONTH AFTER I RETURNED PURE TALKS WORTHLESS SIM CARD..( Had tracking proof they received it too)
●● Bottom line Pure Talk is a horrible company and will say anything to make you believe they are not...They pay GOOGLE TO REMOVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS..MINE HAS BEEN DELETED 5 TIMES..
