From every interaction, consultation through to surgery, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Purity Bridge- everyone is so professional and helpful.
Dr Pacifico is not only extremely experienced but the most kind and amiable who makes you feel like your pre surgery self is more than adequate whilst attentively taking in what you wish to achieve. Dr Pacifico is very balanced and really clear about all the variances which can happen with surgery. However, the most significant is that Dr Pacifico achieves superior results.
Being a black woman, I had so many concerns about the level of care, my results and the appearance of my scar. All I can say is I am 5 weeks post-op from my tummy tuck and I couldn't be more pleased with the healing and results. Also, I have said it already but I can't stress it enough, if you want the best level of care and exceptional results then you need to visit Purity Bridge.

On completing my weight loss journey, I was left with a lot of excess skin which made me feel very conscious of my body image. I had a breast reduction with Marc Pacifico, consultant plastic surgeon... Purity Bridge in August 2020. This was a huge success and I was so delighted with the results that a year later I decided to have a tummy tuck again with Mr Pacifico which was equally successful. I can not recommend him enough for an outstanding job, excellent aftercare and amazing results. Mr Pacifico puts you at ease, as does his team and everything is explained to you honestly. The procedure, levels of pain, healing process and outcome, which have all been accurate with both my procedures. This has been life changing for me and I cant thank the team enough.

My experience at Purity Bridge was flawless; from consultation, to surgery and then the aftercare I received. The entire team did their most to accommodate a smooth process and were welcoming and friendly at all times. I felt so well looked after by Mr Pacifico and his clinical team - such lovely warm, caring and knowledgeable nursing team. After having a previously bad experience with patient care and surgical outcome at another location I could not recommend Mr Pacifico anymore. I am a registered nurse and I attended three consultations with different surgeons when considering breast surgery this year. A lengthy review in hopes to be helpful for anyone considering upper blepharoplasty, and to show my gratitude to Mr Pacifico and the wonderful team at Purity Bridge!

I had previous consultations with two other surgeons before I met Mr Pacifico, with the view of an upper blepharoplasty, and had wanted the procedure for at least 5 years. Mr Pacifico had a brilliant bedside manner and I felt at ease immediately. There was absolutely no pressure, any questions I had were answered clearly and I was left to think things over (in completely my own time) before committing to surgery.

Rebecca (apologies if I have remembered any names incorrectly!) assisted Mr Pacifico during the surgery and really calmed me, also during my time in the recovery room. I was nervous during the procedure, but they kept the conversation going which really helped me relax. The local anaesthetic injections were very manageable, no worse than a usual injection. I was made fully aware of what to expect during the injections and throughout the procedure. I could only feel slight movement on my eyes during the surgery, with absolutely no pain, and could open my eyes immediately after. The swelling was at its worst on days 2 and 3, subsiding swiftly thereafter. The only minor pain I felt was on the journey home- just a couple of paracetamol eradicated this. The recovery was then just slightly uncomfortable (but not painful) for the next week, I still cannot believe how painless it all was. A couple of days after stich removal (day 7 I believe) I felt fine to go out without sunglasses.

Corrie, my aftercare nurse, was exceptional. During my post-op appointment I was extremely nervous about having my stiches taken out, however, Corrie’s expertise and calming nature reassured me. She told me exactly what to expect during the stitch removal, and provided detailed pre and post-op care specific to upper-blepharoplasty, this was invaluable.

This was my first ever surgery (with 6 non-cosmetic previous) in which I did not develop an infection post-op. This was a huge concern of mine, especially given the surgery location, so I give great thanks for this!

All the reception team have been lovely. I mainly communicated with Annabelle, who brings a lovely energy when visiting the clinic, and is so friendly and kind.

Pre-op, I had quite a few concerns with my eyes, including a large scar on one eyelid and very obvious asymmetry of the excess skin on the lids. Neither of these are an issue now, all thanks to Mr Pacifico’s expertise.

The follow-ups have been fantastic, I never feel anything is too much to ask with Mr Pacifico, he listens to any concerns without making you feel rushed or silly for asking.

Quite surprisingly, at only 1 month post-op my scars were almost completely settled. I’m now 5 months post op, my scars are so faint (not usual for me so early on) that I don’t even conceal them with makeup. People only know I have had the surgery if I tell them, even then they struggle to see. I was just turning 30 when I had the procedure and it’s not an exaggeration to say it has absolutely changed my life; it’s a huge shock when I see ‘before’ pictures. I am truly thankful for my result and feel it was exactly the right time for me to have it done.

I wholeheartedly recommended Mr Pacifico and his wonderful team. If/when I decide to have further surgeries I will have absolutely no hesitation as to where to go.

In August 2021 Mr Pacifico carried out lower lip reduction surgery on me. It had taken me quite a few years to actually get to this point, and after some research and meeting with various surgeons, I chose Mr Pacifico because he had the experience and qualifications plus a good emphasis on customer care. We had a few meetings prior to the surgery, then the surgery itself, followed up by a few post op meetings - throughout I found Mr Pacifico and his team to be knowledgeable, patient and considerate and I have no hesitation recommending Purity Bridge to other people.

I am extremely pleased with my results of quite complex revision breast surgery! From the start, the team at Purity Bridge have been super helpful and accommodating, and Marc really put me at ease throughout my journey. I was honestly quite nervous coming in for a revision surgery as I am still quite young and was scared of making my situation worse or just not really getting the results I wanted, but from my first meeting with Marc, I knew this was the right decision. He was so informative and explained everything he wanted to do in detail, so I was always kept in the loop of what was going on. I just went back for my 6 month post-op appointment today with Marc Pacifico after undergoing breast reduction surgery at the end of last year. I am so pleased with the outcome of the surgery and it’s definitely been life-changing for me. I originally had breast implants 13 years ago and I felt very ready for replacements. I had my initial breast augmentation in my early twenties; at that time I gave very little consideration to my consultant or aftercare. I gave practically no consideration to the results, I just assumed I would be happy. I had tubular AA-cup breasts and a slim frame. After the original surgery, I was extremely unhappy. The results were very unnatural, I suffered with hardness and rippling immediately which became worse as the years went on.

When I came to see Marc Pacifico I was immediately reassured. He is extremely professional, he could see what my issues were and spoke clearly about the results I could achieve through replacement of my implants. The emphasis for me was naturalness.

The whole process of consultations, pre and post surgery appointments at Purity Bridge have been incredibly professional, friendly and most importantly, reassuring. When it came to the surgery - it couldn't have gone better. Marc and his team provided excellent after care. When I finally saw my results, I couldn't believe I was happy with my breasts for the first time in my life.
