I knew I’d found the right surgeon when he sent me home with more questions than I’d arrived with after our first meeting. Throughout our several meetings he has been thorough, patient and kind. I am now post surgery and thrilled with my results. He’s upgraded my 13 year old implants, resolved my asymmetry and given me the best possible result without external mastopexy which I didn’t want. He’s also removed the hoods and family bags from my eyes and lifted the corners, and I no longer look tired and sad. I didn’t recognise myself from the pre-surgery photo on his screen!

When I was finally in the position to look into having an abdominoplasty and breast lift, the search began for the surgeon. I found Marc Pacifico on the BAAPS website along with 2 other surgeons. Once I met Marc Pacifico, I didnt have to look any further. I was so nervous, but he made me feel at ease, so kind and patient. I left feeling so happy! I found my surgeon and I just knew I was in good hands. Lockdown meant that two of my surgery dates had to be cancelled and Marc Pacifico took the time to video call me and was very apologetic, even though it was out of his hands. Surgery day finally arrived and I had never felt so calm! I am now not even 5weeks post op and I feel amazing! I wish I could put into words just how amazing I feel! Marc Pacifico has done the most amazing job and I feel the best I have ever felt about myself, and that is even from before having children! I am in a happy place that I have never been in before, and feel a sense of freedom! It has been a tough and emotional journey, where at times I questioned myself "what have I done?" But it is a journey I am so grateful for, and I am so grateful to my very skilled surgeon for taking such good care of me and his team for always being on the other end of the phone when needed! If it is something you are thinking about or looking into, do it!!! And if you are lucky enough to have Purity Bridge based near you, go! I travelled just over an hour to see him and it was so worth it. Thank you so much to Marc Pacifico and his incredible team! :)

The most important part of making my decision to have a breast augmentation was choosing a surgeon who I trusted and felt comfortable with, and who understood the (modest and very natural) outcome I was hoping for. Marc Pacifico was recommended by a friend, and on meeting him at my initial consultation I had no doubt he was the surgeon for me. Marc listened carefully and very clearly explained his recommendations in terms of implant type and size, and he ensured that I fully understood the risks associated with the procedure. I really appreciated the ‘cooling off’ period after the initial consultation and never felt rushed into any decision. Everyone at Purity Bridge was kind, helpful and very responsive to my queries. I found the consultations with the nurses particularly helpful – they were both so patient whilst I tried on the different implant sizers (probably the most stressful part of the whole process, even though I only had two sizes to choose between!).
The procedure itself could not have gone more smoothly. Marc is a lovely man and a fantastic surgeon, extremely professional and efficient. I had total confidence in him and all the team at the hospital and had no pain whatsoever, just a bit of discomfort over the first few days. I am over the moon with my results; at only 5 weeks post-op, my outcome is already better than I hoped for – my breasts look natural and are very much in proportion with my frame. It is still quite early in my recovery and healing, but I feel great, and I am looking forward to getting back to my regular exercise routine. I still have some time before I see the final result, but I am already so happy. Thank you very much Marc and all at Purity Bridge.

I have had a blepharoplasty and a facelift surgery completed by Mr Pacifico in November 2020. From the initial consultation, surgery and post surgery care I was looked after by him, which gave me confidence and reassurance. There was a cooling down period (no timeline or pressure given to book in) after initial consultation, so I could weigh up the options for different types of procedures presented to me. All the appointments went well without delays and social distancing and Covid safe environment was provided. Consultations were conducted in person when needed and some via video link which worked very well for me as I am not local to the area. Receptionists and admin staff were helpful and prompt in answering all queries. Pre op care included a video consultation with a nurse who answered all the queries I had. My operation went well as expected, hospital staff were attentive and professional and was discharged from Nuffield hospital next morning. I never expected the feeling of tightness around my face and neck and eye soreness for about 48 hours, but this gradually wore off over time (tightness took good 2-3 weeks to go) Mr Pacifico and a nurse checked on me 48hrs later, then again 72 hrs later at the clinic. I have had some queries over the weekend and I got prompt phonemail back from my consultant which I really appreciated. After that I had regular follow ups and was ready to go back to work after 3 weeks! I am very happy with the result, my face looks rejuvenated, natural and I am glad I had it done. If you are considering blepharoplasty or a face lift, you'll be in good hands with Mr Pacifico and his team.

Had an eyelift in January 21. The process from start to finish was surprisingly quick from the first enquiry up to the procedure. Marc clearly explained the whole procedure and what I could expect, he provided videos and literature for me to read and watch. He also ensured that the decision to go ahead was right for me, by asking essential questions. The whole procedure was painless (I was awake) and I felt comfortable and safe that I was in good hands.
I am over the moon with the results beyond my expectations. I have had two follow up appointments and a further later in June. I would recommend Marc and the Team at Purity Bridge.

I am so happy with the outcome of the Upper Blepharoplasty that Dr Pacifico performed last November. He is not only a top skilled surgeon but an incredibly warm and empathetic human been, with this procedure he has not only improved my vision field, I am now able to use mascara, after years of not being able to due to my severe ptosis! I consulted Marc Pacifico for reconstructive breast surgery (using implants) following a diagnosis of breast cancer. On initial interview, MP was
confident he had the requisite skill set to achieve a good result. Unfortunately for me, the result of the surgery was very poor, particularly on the non diseased breast. The breast tissue appeared separated from the implant creating a cosmetic deformity of 2 breasts in one. (A double bubble effect). The implant had been positioned almost under the arm pit. The implant incision was on the breast (not in the mammary crease). MP agreed to free corrective surgery given the suboptimal result. After the second surgery, although the position of the incision was corrected, I am now still left with a double bubble effect on the non diseased breast which is very unsightly and which has caused me a great deal of distress and anxiety. Consequently, I would definitely not recommend MP for any breast surgical procedure.

Purity Bridge and Mr Pacifico were absolutely brilliant from the first consultation right through to my procedure, everything was explained in detail and made me feel very confident about having it done. I am over the moon with the result of my surgery and wouldn't hesitate recommending Mr Pacifico to anyone.

I underwent a 270 degree abdominoplasty with muscle repair with Marc Pacifico & can only say that my experience was nothing less than excellent!

The care & communication from Marc, the staff at Purity Bridge & the nurses/staff at the McIndoe Hospital have been utterly outstanding & I could not recommend them highly enough! They really are the BEST!!

A perfect surgery and post-op experience, to correct my tuberous breast deformity. I had a fairly severe case of the deformity, and I didn't want any implants / fat grafting which is a more common choice to correct tuberous breasts. I felt so understood throughout the process as Marc has lots of experience and knowledge of tuberous breasts, and the whole reception team and nurse team at Purity Bridge and the hospital were incredibly lovely & friendly. It must have been a challenging surgery, and Marc did an amazing job! I absolutely love my breasts now - they look perfectly natural and round. Haven't had many post-op worries, as I've had lots of appointments, and response is very quick over the phone and email. Couldn't be happier!

I had nipple inversion correction back in September 2020 later on in my life ,i thought that there would be no chance that my nipple's would revert due to the time they had been inverted however surprisingly i was very wrong !
I know have a beautiful pair of erect sensitive nipples which has had such an impact on my daily life with regards to what clothes i wear & how i feel about myself .

I had my breast enhancement with Marc Pacifico. I was thinking of having my breasts done for a while and after my friend has recommended Marc and I have done my researched, I have followed her steps. I couldn’t be happier with the service, professional approach, quick response, the procedure and after care. Marc has recommended size of implants which were in proportion with my figure and which look natural. The operation couldn’t go any better, I felt no pain and discomfort after, but I have also followed his advice to take it easy and not to lift anything heavy. The only time I have taken painkillers were few days after the operation as my arms and hands were painful due to uncomfortable sleeping position on my back and the possible pressure of new implants on my arm nerves. This discomfort have soon eased and I was left with no pain at all. I am extremely happy with my new breasts and I would fully recommend Marc and Purity Bridge services.

I first met Mr Pacifico when I had a non cosmetic procedure. I was very impressed with my treatment then. I knew that I would love to have a cosmetic upper and lower eyelid treatment with him.
I was lucky to have it done just before the Covid lockdown. Mr Pacifico was fantastic both leading up to the op with his information and advice and during my recovery having phone consultations during these surreal times. I had a mask to mask consultation today!
