Love my window film
Love my window film. Our new house had an odd internal window in a room which we turned into a bathroom. The product was an easy and reasonable priced ‘quick fix’. It looks so good I have no plans to change it.

Purlfrost offer fantastic products for enhancing your windows or glass features in the home or office. I have ordered from them over the years and love how they have grown the creative options available.
They have excellent installation instructions available to follow and a comprehensive library of designs to choose from. On top of that they have excellent customer service, should your order not be received entirely as you might expect it to be. They work professionally and friendly with you to remedy any issues. Delivery was decent, that's it.
Delivery was decent, film was cut to size as requested, but I have never worked with the privacy film before and I will never again. It's practically Impossible to get the backing film off, I tried every trick and ended up with a horribly creased and unusable piece of film every time. The paper backed film is easy, this stuff is horrible, avoid at all cost.

Never answer the phone, will not order again
This company is a nightmare for communication. They never answer their phone, so any changes to orders take weeks of emails going back & forth. For a company supposed to be dealing with bespoke, made-to-measure window films, this makes no sense. Stained glass film that eventually arrived was okay, but not bespoke, and the whole thing was a hassle.
On the other hand, I ordered a stained glass film from Lustalux around the same date. Lustalux not only answered their phone, but I was able to speak to a designer who tweaked things in real time & sent me the proofs on WhatsApp *while I was still on the phone* to approve.
It's a no-brainer for me. Never ordering with Purlfrost again. They could learn a lot from Lustalux...

Superb Window Film
I bought this window film to stop my dogs barking from my window. I bought the Parakeets design which is beautiful. It was very easy to fit and does the job perfectly. My only gripe is that I got the height measurement slightly wrong so there is a very small gap. However, it doesn't detract from the overall design. I will be ordering some more soon and highly recommend it.

It works
Website was easy to navigate. I ordered pre-cut film which was so much easier to apply. No having to fiddle with correct placement and ensuring that it's cut evenly. Instructions were easy to follow and the film was easy to affix.
Would definitely recommend and/or use company again.
