Excellent customer service.
I messed up with my measurements initially but a quick email to Purlfrost explaining my mistake was very quickly aknowledged and acted on. The supplied goods are of very good quality and following the instructions it was very easy to fit. I had no problems from start to finish.

My wife wrote to the company on the 2nd…
My wife wrote to the company on the 2nd of March to complain that the window screen we received had marks on it that were not part of the requested design and spoiled the look of the window. No response from the company initially. UPDATE - company have since been in touch and resolved situation. Hence the improved score

Quality product but I ordered wrong…
Quality product but I ordered wrong size.
Postage very pricey for size of parcel as Royal Mail is £4.99 for small parcel instead of £11.99 for the Evri delivery which is actually delivered by Royal Mail on our island.

Effective privacy frosted film for glazed doors
Super fast delivery of made-to-measure frosted film and required installation accessories. Instructions very clear. We needed the film to provide privacy on a glazed toilet door. We are really pleased with the result which provides an effective balance of privacy whilst still allowing sufficient transfer of light into what would otherwise be a dark corridor (light also comes through a rear window).
