I live in a 100 apartment condo and every other courrier can get into the building and make deliveries except Piss poor Purolator, they don't even make an effort, I was sat in reception today and the guy just stuck 3 tags on the door, it was open, no parcels with him, just tags.

I was supposed to receive my shipment on sunday Feb 1st. I received a notification that the package was sent to a wrong address and will be delayed till today, Monday Feb 2nd. On Monday, I received another notification saying that "due to weather conditions " the shipment will be delayed as well. I was surprised because the weather conditions are extremely good today and there was no weather warning whatsoever. I reached out to customer support through chat, they tried their best not to give me any clarification regarding the weather excuse. When I confronted them, they tried to get away with it by saying "the weather delay might have occurred at any point while the shipment was transiting. It was not stated in what specific area it occurs ". I told them that I can clearly see the history of the package and today at 8:00 am it was already in Montreal on its way to me with no weather issues. The weather has not changed so why aren't you being honest? Although they noticed my frustration, they didn't try to make things right nor assume any responsibility for sending the package to a wrong address and for trying to cover it up with lies.

Purolator consistently just leaves a 'we missed you' notice every time they're supposed to deliver anything. Lazy pricks don't want to bring the package from the truck to the door so they don't even bother. Just watched the guy do it from my balcony while he ignored me asking him if he was gonna bring the package from his truck or not.

I paid $100 for two day delivery and while enroute from Edmonton to Calgary, my package was transfered to Canada Post for delivery, changing the estimated delivery time from 2 days to 6. When I called Purolator to complain, I was told by "Nash" that purolator was TOO BUSY to deliver my package. When I asked for a refund, I was told I was ineligible. Complete Joke of a company.

Really really bad service. Took almost 30 days to get my package. Endless handling/ scans on the tracking info, claiming weather delays on perfectly clear days. Asked for my package to be brought to my home but they made up their own plan and brought it to a depot where I can't pick up. Had to call 3 times, 45 minute hold each time. Final time I spoke to a manager who didn't even let me speak before they got defensive. I am never rude to customer service people, I will add, I simply explain the facts. Their own slogan says "it's not a parcel it's a promise". I mentioned that on the phone and literally heard radio silence, no comment. I did get my package, finally.
I see your response but there's no option to respond, only edit my initial comment. Like I said I have already tried calling just to get my package 3 times, wasting 45 minutes of my time on hold each time. Why would I spend more time emailing so you can 'look into it for me'? Unfortunately I fail to see any benefit in doing that. I was really surprised for a large delivery company like Purolator, who's slogan is 'its not a package it's a promise' to operate in this manner. I see overwhelmingly negative reviews in Canada, with many similar issues. I will certainly never use this service again.

Im at home every day. The driver was lazy. Didn't even come to my door. I have cameras. Why waste people's time with false attempts.
So now you want more info when you could of just looked up my name and find my delivery. Your reply is BS. I'll be picking up my package from pickup spot. And I'll be leaving more reviews every time your drivers are lazy. I will not be emailing you cause that would waste more of my time. Zerk

Delivery was scheduled for Monday Jan 26. In checking the system, it said my delivery was refused, but no one called my phone number. I contacted Purolator to find they had the wrong address. I corrected the address via chat. They said it would be delivered in 1-2 business days. On the Wednesday, 2 business days later, I called again and they said that they got the address wrong again and had they sent it to the wrong address. A complaint was filed and it was to be delivered Thursday. I checked again Thursday and they attempted delivery to the wrong address again and do not know when delivery would happen. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. Customer support is horrendous. Update: Feb 1- still no sign of a package or a delivery date. Package has been sitting with Purolator for over a week.

I live in a small town, no more than one vehicle a day offer "deliveries". Driver slowly delivering at every door on my street. Since I had been notified previously that my packages were on board + in town, I was outside. He saw me, looked at me, litterally acceleratted and skipped my address. He does this EVERY TIME. He has no manners. Then he goes on to pretend he rang the doorbell and no one was home. Terrible attitude, the worst. Got the whole thing on video.

So my delivery was set to arrive on Friday, they were in the area then stopped cause of weather. There was no weather issue in the Niagara area. Monday comes and I understand the weather alert. Tuesday comes and it’s scheduled again today. No such luck.

I watched the Purolator truck drive by my street. I tracked the parcel all day, stayed home and waited. I was told that delivery would be made up until 9pm.. The truck was in my area all day today. But then i noticed on the map that the shipment was moving back the way it came. Then a notification, Due to bad weather.. and no information as to when it will be delivered? The sun was shinning all day! What weather? Customer service said that they dont know when it will be delivered! Why?? Why not delivered the parcel while they passed my street?? This is part of 1 order! They were separated into 2! The first part arrived 3 days late of being out for delivery, as the notifications showed the parcel going back and forth from facility to truck, out for delivery and back to facility.. Due to weather! And now this one 5 days later!!!! Im told that deliver drivers dont want to do their jobs and prefer to leave parcels on the truck so someone else at facility can deliver them because they dont work past 5 because they need to go home and pray.. prayer time!!! Another time, my parcel was left at the end of my driveway on my garden box!! Wth is that! Hire people who do their jobs. Im fed up with these slackers! I want my parcel, I paid a lot of money for!!! I will make sure to notify every place I order from, not to use Purolator. I receive a lot of deliveries due to business. I will snapshot these reviews and share them to all of the places I order from. People are speaking about boycotting Purolator. Sounds about right! What happened to the great service from years ago. Impossible to create an account, to change delivery date. No easy steps...
Chat with a human. Every 2 min, the system refreshes. So if you are typing, everything is lost. It takes 5 min between answers!!
They agree to reship, but no ETA...
In the past, delivery guys never ring !! You are at home, but miss the package. They don't even put a sticker sometimes..
And when they put a sticker, the glue they use leaves traces on the window...
When you call, it takes for ever...
Return locations are now limited. Before, post offices were able to handle returns... Instead of driving 8 min, I need to waste 40 min.
They are a division of the federal post office that is bankrupt for years. Thx to our taxes, their deficit is covered.
I don't have such experience with UPS or Fedex. The best is DHL.
I don't want to wish them the worst, but I'm not surprised how bad this organization is run.

they are the worst delivery service in canada, they delayed my package by days then when they finally come to deliver they barely knocked (my dog noticed someone was outside) and doesn't ring doorbell then leaves a notice for you to pick up your package next day.

Maybe Purolator needs to invest in seeing eye dogs to assist their drivers with identifying the correct address. But wait there's more - I track all of my packages and I have a security camera. So when they said that my package was delivered I new that they were wrong. I notified them within 30 minutes (probably closer to 20 minutes) that they'd messed up. They sent me a confirmation picture of the WRONG HOUSE! Then they refused to send a driver to straighten out THEIR OWN MESS! Instead they relied on the house that they dropped off my package at to be a good samaritan and deliver my package.
I figured out exactly where they wrongly delivered it to thru both logically and Google street view but they refused to tell me where the driver delivered it to. Sad!
I wouldn't use them for anything that you value or want to get delivered to the correct address in a reasonable amount of time!
Basically in a nut shell - this is a how NOT to run a courier company!

Purolator Never delivers to the door and never leaves a note. Purolator lies when they say they tried to deliver several times. Can provide the details of my phone bill. I received zero calls. This has happened several times in recent months. If you don’t go pick up the package at the Saint-Laurent warehouse yourself, they resend the package to the merchant.
