After purchasing several angel chimes for myself and family I cannot praise Jo-Anne at Purple Enchantments enough. Customer service is second to none and on the one occasion when I had a faulty piece of jewellery it was replaced and a beautiful bracelet was sent as compensation for the delay in replacing the piece (due to awaiting deliveries). There is always a little bit of a catch-.up when I contact Jo-Anne as I love the products and so like to keep up to date. The packaging and inclusion of the tiny roll of sweets is a lovely touch and makes each piece special.

Outstanding delivery and service!
My purchase was a gift for my girlfriend and when I received it, it was delicately wrapped with a packet of love hearts which I found was a bonus! When she unwrapped the present she was entirely overwhelmed and I was also - the quality of the necklace for the price it costed me was astonishing. To be honest, I don't think that I have had better service from an online provider before. Not only was my package delivered promptly but also it was clear that much care had gone into sending it. I would advise anyone looking for a small gift for a loved one to shop here. They were just brilliant!

Helpfulness personified.
The necklace I wanted was in stock, but the quality not good enough to send out. The lady that runs this site was kind enough to say so. She gave me options of similar products and promised to keep the price the same. She put up with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing as I thought about it. In the end I stuck to my original choice and the lady kept me informed while we waited for it to arrive, and because it was a gift, she happily forwarded it to my niece. Really she was helpfulness personified!

Beautiful piece of jewellery
This piece of jewellery excelled my expectations and was purchased as a gift for an expectant mum who has worn it constantly - it also came beautifully wrapped. I was reluctant at first having never shopped on-line at this shop but I was not disappointed, it arrived very quickly and the quality is excellent.
