Ordered a personalised card on Tuesday afternoon and was told to allow 48 hours to create the card, but it arrived Thursday, so much quicker than I thought. Excellent quality, fab service!!

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. No problem exchanging the harness, for which initially I ordered the wrong size, nor for the financial side being sorted, all within three days. The harness itself is a much improved design from the one I bought three years ago and is adjustable to fit, snugly, my saluki ( rather than using just a collar and run the risk of dislocating her neck)..

Ruffwear harness
Cheapest place to buy a ruffwear harness, quick shipping. The harness is actually too big for my dog but they had no problem returning it.

Still waiting for the Red Dingo harness I ordered 8 days ago. Phoned the company and I am getting excuse after excuse!!! I needed this harness for Saturday. It is now Thursday afternoon and yet another excuse from the company. I won't be using PerfectlyYappy again.

We have looked into this and been in contact with you to resolve the issue with your order. The order was placed July 18th during our closing hours and I'm afraid like most online businesses we don't operate over the weekends so based on that today would have been the 5th working day since you placed your order. Our delivery time does specify that we deliver within 3-5 working days unless you chose the express delivery option and we do apologise that it hadn't been delivered at this point. We did cover the cost to get your order sent out via a next day delivery service which we can see was delivered on the 6th working day after placing your order. We do apologise that we fell a day late on our quoted delivery time and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help :)

This company is amazing. I ordered a car harness and explained I needed it urgently for a holiday. Unfortunately my item proved not to be in stock. Not to be let down I was sent a much more expensive harness and next day delivery. The harness is brilliant and the service I received was second to none. I can not praise them more in their product and service.
