I was looking for a Ruffwear harness for my new puppy. I was delighted to find PurrfectlyYappy.com where the harness was half the price of other companies. I was kept informed about the progress of my order by email. The harness was delivered within the agreed time frame. My golden retriever has a tender paw and after many a different boots we found this one. It’s a well made shoe. Unfortunately, this is day 2 of wearing the boot and it’s stretched with the boot turning sideways. I have to constantly keep adjusting the boot. I have tried to get the best measurement.
If the boot was any smaller I wouldn’t be able to get the paw In and have to really force the paw into the boot.

Overall I’m quite dissapointed as I had high expectations of this product.

After paying for delivery - the package was marked as “local collection “ which was so inconvenient as I had to go to the local post office to collect. I couldn’t understand why the package wasn’t delivered when that’s what I paid for.

Overall, I don’t think I will be buying from Ruffwear.
