Great Company

I ordered 2 x 9.5kg bags Winalot dry dog food from this supplier as I was unable to get it locally. This was the only supplier that I could find online that was charging the correct price for this item and not the extortionate prices being charged elsewhere, ie Amazon and eBay. The only downside (if you can call it that) was the length it took for delivery but this was due to the problems caused by the present pandemic, so could not be helped. They did their utmost to get it to me as quickly as they could and this I appreciated Happy to highly recommend!

Spam

I don’t have a dog. But somehow they got me on their mailing list and will not stop emailing. I endlessly click the link at the bottom of the emails to stop them being sent but it does not make a difference. My inbox is flooded with their endless spam.

Free returns isn’t free returns

They advertise free returns on their website. Which turns out not to not be free returns. The items I ordered weren’t as good quality as they looked (completely not the retailers fault) but I wanted to return them because of this. I was told that ‘free returns’ actually means ‘no restocking fee’ whatever that is! After I said I felt mislead they gave me a pre paid returns label. I’m still waiting for my refund though!

H2O4K9 bottle & Neosling Carrier

Great water bottle also purchased the Neosling carrier it’s brilliant so comfortable to wear across your body. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.
