Product ok, but general experience really bad.
For the product I got and I paid, I have to say that was not worth it. A lot of headache to find out where it was delivered because they did not try to send to my place, but to some post office near me.
I was also surprised that had to pay for getting my package at the post office on top of the standard delivery fee, which I was not expecting at all.

Unreliable, no communication. Do not use!
Birthday cake not delivered even given over two weeks notice and exact date needed by. £6.99 delivery charge too.
Absolutely appalled. No communication received other than confirmation of order.
I will never use this company again, or recommend to anyone else.
It resulted in last minute panic and making my own cake.
