Couldn’t give a crap about customers.
Pure arrogance!
They’re fitter done substandard work when applying the silicone around the worktops. Within hours the silicone had shrunk leaving gaps along the edge of our oven housing, we messaged the fitter the same day but got no response, we emailed PWS immediately. who apparently carried out an investigation based on a photo we sent and concluded that we damaged it, as a goodwil they offered me a tube of silicone to do it myself, End of resolution.
Steer clear of these couldn’t give a crap people.
Horrfic service from start to finish
Horrfic service from start to finish.
The template was taken that was fine.
3 weeks later worktop was to be fitted- not the colour or style of Dekton we ordered. Two different shades! This seems to be a common problem with this company I have now seen when researching them. The fitters did such a bad job, the dekton itself is marked and stained. Also rough edges. The company are being so unhelpful. Avoid! £5800 completely waisted!
Our Dekton worktops had already been…
Our Dekton worktops had already been delayed and made and fitted twice due to bad cutting and chipping, the large central island sold to us as a 1 piece had to be fitted as 2 because the design was too big. The kitchen vendor did offer to take away some units to reduce the size but our underfloor heating and flooring was already installed around the island.
Anyway some months after installation the worktop started flaking chips around the hob. This was on the far side of the hob a low traffic area.
Dekton was sold to us as hard wearing and as having a long warranty. So we contacted Constentino (makers of Dekton), PWS (installers and cutters) and Naked Kitchens (the vendors) all of whom told us to call one of the others. Eventually, Naked Kitchens emailed PWS who replied we must have dropped pans on the edge. We hadn't done so. And the email was pretty rude. Especially since the first installation had suffered flaking and chipping due to poor cutting.
After much foot stamping on my part PWS visited the site to actually look at the issue. Unsurprisingly, they concluded the same in their own favour. There was no investigation of their prepration of the material. It wasn't needed they said.
And so Constentino, PWS and Naked Kitchens without proper investigation refused to honour the warranty. They are sellling expensive products, that are defective, poorly prepared and installed. And they are miselling them as hardwaring and with a warranty they have no intention of honouring. And they have zero shame about this. Pretty disgusting.

Customer satisfaction isn’t their priority. I have an up-stand along the back of my main kitchen wall and one piece is a beige colour and the other is a bright white. They are apparently from the same batch, I don’t think that’s possible but of course I can’t prove it. They’ve seen the pictures, they know how rubbish it looks but won’t replace a meter square piece for me. I spent over £6,000 and have saved for 5 years for this kitchen. It looks awful. I would add pictures here if I could. I as a customer don’t expect perfection, things happen and as long as the customer service is there and things are rectified I give the benefit of the doubt. Use this company at your own risk.
Petty and Spiteful
I order a kitchen from BnQ which was a massive mistake, the order included stone supplied by PWS.
At first the guys were good, project had a few delays down to BnQ not PWS.
When it was PWS time to get the stone in the first measure did not go well.
Because of the repeated delays they put my job in the long grass knowing I had no water supply in my kitchen more or less just to be petty and spiteful.
I had to cancel and go elsewhere at significant cost.
Ultimately this company employs petty spiteful and passive aggressive little trolls and should be avoided
Very poor communication
Very poor communication, even when I phoned afterwards they didn't get back to me as they already had my money. They essentially held us to ransom for money on an extremely tight deadline otherwise the surface would've been delayed excessively. They failed to send initial email with costs and then still tried to hold us to deadline that we didn't know existed.
Cost for delayed templating is outrageous (180+VAT).
Fitters were good and worktop seems ok so far, just company has poor customer service. Not worth the money and stress going through them.

Best In Class
PWS are the market leader for a reason. Customer support is fantastic and they are very knowledgeable and always bend over backwards to help. Quality and breadth of product cannot be touched.
If I could give minus stars I would
If I could give minus stars I would. Quite simply the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and worst quality product which was by no means cheap..paint chipping and wearing off in parts and panels blebbing. The company refuse to respond to us because they ‘only deal with trade’ we’ve been forced to seek legal advice as we won’t let this lie. Kitchen is less than 6 months old.
Poor after service
Poor after service. They avoid taking responsibility and do not provide any support. Avoid avoid avoid.
Claire what an asset to PWS
What a fantastic company 🤩 I can’t praise them enough, Our story started when we bought a product and a part was missing, we spoke with a Lady called Claire 😇 😇 Claire is such an asset to PWS. You really do not get customer service like what she has given me. Nothing is too much trouble.
Brilliant and a Hugh Thanks 🙏
Unprofessional. Avoid using.
Unfortunatel, I used this company twice and both times they have been dire. The first time was a pain just to order the items I needed. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling to engage professionally with customers. I decided to use them again hoping the first time was just bad luck... I was wrong.
The second time involved returning a damaged door. Their returns policies are a bit of a joke, but that aside, I had to pay out of my own money to send the door back for them to check before they would agree to send me another one. Once they received the door, they claimed it was damaged in transit and I won't be receiving a replacement or refund.
I would advise finding other companies to deal with as PWS causes headaches. Do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through the aggravation.

Like Kevin earlier I needed a bracket for a larder unit which had broken and was several years old. Was sent one by return FOC.
THANKS
Does not stand by its product and push the blame
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Discovered that the worktop has chip and contacted them and they are blaming me for the damage and coming up with all sorts of excuses. The person I spoke to called Vinnie is rude and prefer to argue rather than trying to help. Looking at the reviews here its clear this company does not stand by its products. Avoid!!!
Stellar Service
After quite a hunt I found PWS as a potential supplier of brackets supporting a larder unit in a contract fitted kitchen which was installed 8 years ago. I sent a couple of pictures of the broken part and by return I was offered 2 replacements to be posted to me FOC. Take a bow Kate and PWS.
Avoid PWS like the plague.
Pathetic Work Surfaces. PWS mis-measured, (templating as they call it). Consequently, worktops and wall cladding did not fit. And an ugly scar along one work top. Nothing like in the showroom.
8 hours of cutting quartz in our lounge, 8 hours when it was supposed to take 2 hours, and still it does not fit. (PWS don’t don’t supply fitters with dust sheets or a Henry vacuum or proper work tools for their fitters who battled manfully to fix this disaster for 8 hours solid without break. So, Dust everywhere).
And still the worktops and cladding didn't fit. And, PWS have yet to confirm a return date to fit. TV covered in dust, Sky box. Laptops, furniture, everything. And now our kitchen supplier has withdrawn guarantee on kitchen because of the dust caused by PWS getting into the newly fitted kitchen units, which look old and worn out used ones now. Our domestic Miele ruined by PWS using it as an industrial vacuum. We waited for 3 weeks after new kitchen fitted for this expensive disaster from PWS. We last were able to cook in our kitchen 7 weeks ago. Wish I’d never heard of PWS. And, still no kitchen worktops with no date for their fitting. No apology and an overly aggressive confrontational bully of an Installation Manager who failed to leave his name, unsurprisingly. I strongly recommend not using PWS. If they offered their worktops and fitting for free I would say no after this awful experience. Dreadful experience
By far the worst distributor I've come…
By far the worst distributor I've come across in my long tenured career. I'm surprised b&q still use this lot. Frlm data breaches to entirely cancelled orders and now last minute delays in material.
Please try harder PWS.
Premium prices for the lowest quality
Paint flaking off everywhere literally from the time of installation. We were given a tin of spray paint to sort it out ourselves - warranty a joke. Quartz worktops they charge you a fortune for supposedly premium quality but a month in chips and holes. When you actually look at the quartz to resin ratio used the product is of the lowest calibre and made in China - yep. Dare you get upset at this situation and send in a complaint they tell you to not make it personal and don’t bother responding. This must be how the CEO pays for his luxury homes around the globe - at the expense of his hardworking consumers. A disgrace. Stay away from their products I implore you.
