There were a few different companies offering same product started reading reviews chose QBIC ordered fire and delivered in 3 days with updates and a call letting me know when delivery was expected had issue with remote dimplex difficult to get hold of but called QBIC and they sorted it all out recommend to anyone for a stress free purchase
