Terrible service - not received business order
Terrible service. I ordered almost a month ago, received an email confirmation that day and nothing else. I have had to constantly chase the company and still dont know where my order is and have heard absolutely nothing back from the company.

Item I ordered had a delay on stock but after an email conversation with Josh when I explained I had booked the plumber and was going away he sourced the item from a sister site and ensured delivery (expected this afternoon) in advance of my leaving date. Excellent customer service
