Everything was done quickly from the beginning of contacting the office. Surveyor was very thorough & professional. The fitters Wayne & Rhys - excellent work & extra helpful. All looks spectacular.

A seamless process from quote to fitting. All staff were polite and professional. They made sure we knew what was going to happen every step of the way. Dates were set and kept to. Very happy with our new looking kitchen. We would gladly recommend Quartzize.

From start to finish Quartzize were very helpful, speedy
and friendly, especially Rhian who is on the other end
of the phone and Cuen who actually came a day early
to fit the worktops. Cuen was excellent, friendly and
knew exactly what he was doing, it only took about 4
hours. Great that the rubbish was collected a day
later. Rhian telephoned me a week after installation to see if I was happy with the work. I am really pleased with the worktops and with the help and information given t me by Rhian and Cuen

Friendly and helpful office staff, salesman, surveyor and fitter.
Keith the fitter was excellent. He was careful and highly competent. I am very pleased with the result of his work.

I would have given 5 stars, except for the following:
- I was advised just prior to the fitter coming (not by the fitter) that the job would take 1 day. In fact it took 2 1/2 days.
- in spite of specifying at the outset that quartz panels would be needed on cupboards as well as worktops, the panels were missed and not delivered on the first day.

I made an enquiry about an issue and Melanie responded very quickly and arranged a visit to resolve it under warranty.

Wev just had new work tops fitted the workmen were very proffesional tidied up after and they look amazing would deft recomend fantastic company

I recently had my kitchen refurbished by Joes Doors/Quartzize. From start to finish the team where very professional and went out of their way to ensure I made the right choices for my needs. My fitter Mike was very professional and completed the job professionally and within 3 days.

Cuens Installation was perfect, his Craftsmanship was second to none. The detailed finishes and attention to detail were astounding. I would have no hesitation recommending Quartzize to others, you're just not going to get a better service than this.

Absolutely recommend Quartzize for your worktops. Cuen the fitter was so professional and the finish was excellent, he was happy to answer any questions we had and offer advice when needed. Megan made sure she reached out to ensure we were happy with the service and give advice on aftercare.

Very pleased with our new quartz worktops and sink. They have transformed our kitchen. Great quality and very precisely installed by David and his apprentice Callum. Thanks also to Meg at head office who kept us informed from our initial enquiry through to completion.

This has been a long and frustrating journey. I was going to go into detail, but then thought why waste even more of my time.

Long story short - the product is excellent (my personal choice was black sparkle) and that really is the only reason I'm leaving a review at all. It's not a product unique to this company and I would STRONGLY suggest that you go elsewhere if you're considering it.

The interest free arrangement is just weird, the fitters were messy, parts were delivered broken and it took three visits to get things looking the way they should have been left on the first. I had to chase things up all the time, which meant mainly speaking to a woman who had no idea how to deal with angry and frustrated customers and just made it worse with her short and aggressive manner.

Yes, everything was put right eventually and I'm now happy with the worktops. The journey, however, was quite unpleasant and took close to two months, and the company appears unorganised and disconnected.

I would NOT recommend.

We are very pleased with the appearance and fit ot our new tops and sink. The fitter, Craig, was professional and courteous and did an excellent job. We appreciated his attention to detail. The staff at Joe's Doors have also been helpful and friendly.

The service from start to finish was beyond excellent.
Our initial telephone call was very informative and outlined how their service works.
The salesman arrived spot on time and was very polite and professional. He went though our options and gave us a quote. He was not like other salesmen he did not push at all; he just showed us what there was and gave us a very good price. Next, they booked a surveyor to get the exact measurements. The items arrived a week before the install.
The delivery driver again was very polite, he respected our property making sure not to make any marks. In fact, a one stage he called out to me that I nearly hit the wall as I was helping him.
On the day of install the fitter arrive on time. Introduced him and fully explained the plan for the day and made sure we were happy with it.
Our installers name was Dave and is such a great guy and installer. He again respected our property. During the day he made sure we were happy as he progressed. It was like having a friend around for the day. At the end of the install, he completely cleaned up even though we said to leave it and we would do it. He went around every part of the new install to make sure we were happy, which we were more than happy.
The whole experience was the best we have had from any company we have used. We would highly recommend them. Our kitchen now looks like a brand new one but from less than half price.
As for Dave the installer he was the icing on the cake. Such a pleasure to have him in our home.

We noticed some 1 star feed back before we ordered. I contacted the office and asked about the issues raised and I was given answers without hard feeling or issue. From the rep to the delivery driver to the office staff to the fitter, every one did a GREAT job. We have no complaints about company.

From the initial enquiry to the installation, the connection with Quartzize was good. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and professionally. The finished result looks excellent.

What an amazing company, from the start to the finish, they were polite, with no pressure sales, throughout the experience they have been professional. When it came to fixing Nick was absolutely brilliant, we could not fault him, he arrived at 7am each day and worked till 5pm amazing! Thank you for a great new kitchen
