Great customer service and fast delivery

I placed and paid for an order early October, being told it would be delivered to the Gymnastics Academy the second week of December.
I received an email on December 16th to say there was a production delay and I would get my order delivered to my home address by the end of the first week of January. These leotards were Christmas presents.
Today, January 23rd, when I followed up with them they tell me my order has been delivered to the Gymnastics Academy.
Very poor service and poor updates.
I will not be ordering from them again

Quatro leotards may be the best quality leotard I have purchased for my granddaughter Raelyn (@Raelynskye_gymnast). She feels confident and beautiful in them. The best part for her, the comfort. The sparkles really make the leotard shine. We’re excited for the leotards that will be released for 2023! Thanks Quatro for making an amazing product for our little gymnast.

Quatro is our favorite leotard company. Their sizes are consistent, the styles are absolutely beautiful, and the leotards are durable (do not fade or lose rhinestones). The sparkle the rhinestones give off is brilliant and makes heads turn at the gym. As a company, Quatro promotes inclusion and diversity in the sport, which are values that are important to us as consumers. Quatro has not disappointed us yet!

I paid for leotard on next day delivery for my daughters birthday and I got a email 2 days later saying it wasn’t in stock. I also ordered a T-shirt and sliders that never came in time either. I did get a refund for the leotard but the gifts were all late.

We order online which is very quick and easy to do, our orders always arrive promptly. I have two daughters one age 5 and one age 9 who train between them 26 hours per week and basically live in Quatro leos, both girls love the quality and fit of the leos and love that there is plenty of styles and designs to choose from. There is always lots of stock available to choose from. Quatro is our go to for all our Gymnastics needs from leos, to onsies, to wrist bands and accessories to match.

We love Quatro!!! Their product are of really high quality and comfort. They are really responsive to messages and questions about their products. We have never been left disappointed by Quatro products and experiences🙂

I absolutely love these leotards they are super comfortable and pretty! J believe that this leo brand helps me preform better because they are so pretty and I feel confident while wearing them!

I feel very comfortable in the leotard and it gives me a nice freedom of movement.

I made the mistake of choosing this brand for my team. Two year in a row the leotards arrived several weeks late. A 12 week timeline turned into 20 weeks. The order was missing pieces. They continued to make horrible excuse after excuse then the customer service team quit responding. The kids hate the leotards. The fabric isn’t comfortable. The fit is horrible and they don’t stay on the athletes bottoms. They don’t fit like the sizing sets they give you. I have seen so many teams in this brand in my area and Safe Sport needs to be notified because the cut is very inappropriate even in their so called “modest cut”. I am forcing my team to wear shorts and will never order from this company again.
