Quick delivery, beautiful leotards, great service

Order from November, in stocks item as on web. Said some of it not available, it would be done by early March if would like to custom. On early March, I asked, you replied my email in a week and said it would be done by 14th of april.

Send email again on 14th april, no reply until i dont know how long, and then you said that itu would be done in 3rd week of May.

If anything went wrong between Nov to March, you would've told me, not wait until customers asking you over and over and over.

Well at least you could've replied every email in 2 days, not a week or more

Maybe others didnt get this experience with quatro, but this is what i get. It's so bad.

And now cannot cancel because i had paid full since November 2021, and have to buy again from other company, since my quatro would not be arrived on time.

After waiting nearly 5 months for this leotard to come in to stock in a 34 we finally managed to order it. Its beautiful and came in about 4 days.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service if you require assistance. Super beautiful leotards of excellent quality.

All was good, expect the size measurements not quite accurate.

I paid for next day delivery but your system did not pick up the order and was finally sorted a week or so later. I am still owed a refund for the difference between standard and next day delivery.

Brilliant service and product. After placing an order and my screen freezing resulting in double payment being taken, the customer service has been amazing. I phoned up straight away and Nina was so helpful and ensured my order was processed and I was refunded the overpayment. The product then arrived within days. Would 100% recommend for the service and the high quality leotard.

High quality leotards and gym gear, highly detailed, beautiful and unique designs, great prices, and fantastic customer service. What more could you possibly want? The fabrics are high quality, the embellishments shine like crazy, and are actual faux gems as opposed to sequin appliqués, and the garments are definitely crafted with avoiding pesky, itchy seams in mind! Honestly, the pictures hardly capture the beauty of the sparkles! And can we talk about how brilliant the sweatshirt onsies are? Thick, soft, cozy, and perfect for the chilly trek to the gym! The shipping time on a custom order to the US was about 17 days total, but without the customization (and pandemic chaos) I think their shipping service with DHL would have actually been just as fast as USPS. I may never order another brand of Leotard ever again!

We highly recommend Quatro leotards. We live in New Zealand and needed a competition leotard to suit our provincial colours for the National competition. Quatro went out of their way to ensure we got a leotard that was perfect for the competition. We also have 2 other Quatro leotards for training. They fit beautifully and are easy to care for.

Very happy with our first purchase from quatro. The size and colour my daughter was after wasn't initially available but the friendly and helpful Shona managed to find one and ship it to us super quick. With a tight deadline at the other end of the world not easy to meet Quatro came through so my daughter will be able to wear her new leotard in competition. Amazing customer service. My parents bought my daughter a leotard for Christmas but it was too small. Both my mum and I called them and we both commented on the fabulous service we received. A replacement leotard was sent and received the next day. The quality of the leotard is perfect - we could not be happier and will definitely shop there again.
