I have worked with Beth since October last year. I love the recipes, the meals are tasty, I can also still eat desserts so I don’t feel like I’m dieting, it’s lifestyle changes.
The workouts videos are really helpful, ideal for anyone just starting out with weights because Beth attaches videos to show you how to do each workout. I also love the app to tick off my daily tasks.

Best program I've ever had!
I just finished a 6 months training with Beth. After working with so many coaches, this is the best by far. She does all necessary adjustments for the program to work for you specifically. There is accountability with weekly check ins. There is a group to share your experiences. We also discussed non food related topics that would affect weight loss like stress, lack of sleep, ect...
I changed my lifestyle, stopped yo-yo dieting. Now I enjoy good food without any frustration. I really recommend her. I will continue with what I've learnt so far. Thank you Beth!

One of the best investments i’ve made for myself. I’ve not only learnt to prioritise workouts, i’ve learnt the foods that are good for me. There’s a wealth of recipes to choose from and the weekly check ins are there to keep you accountable.
The workout plans are designed with you and your needs in mind & they are there to challenge you so you get out of it, what you put in.
I haven’t felt restricted or bored in the past 4 months. In fact, I was looking forward to each workout and the delish meals.

I reached out to beth in September due to putting on weight and not feeling confident within myself I had a holiday booked and I needed that support to get back to my normal weight have a snatched waist and most of all grow my glutes which i have always struggled to do. I have had pts and online coaches and nobody has been like beth I enjoyed my foods and the fact I could have caribbean food won me over. I have never felt so good it truly was one amazing journey when I needed beth for support beth had my back and would check in down to my sleep eating and when I got injured. Now I never wanted to end my journey but due to finding out I will be expecting I have to put my training on hold 2026 I will be back with beth for my snatched looked and smash it all over again. What can I say that has not been said by every other person that has worked with Beth. Not much.
The woman really is amazing. 100% worth the investment and a true inspiration in helping you achieve your goals.
I have been with Beth since end of May 2023 and in that time I have managed to lose over 20kg. I still have have a way to go. And I will get there. Slow and steady wins the race. There will be times when you want to give up and doubt yourself, but Beth is there to help motivate and encourage you to take it one day at a time to hit that next milestone, be it big or small.
Don't get me wrong, I still love cakes, sweets, chocolate, wine, champagne, all the foods known to mankind [is there a word count on this lol], but again with Beth, she really does help you to strike a chord to find the right balance and has tasty recipes you can whip up yourself that don't take forever and a day to make.
I suppose we should also talk about the working out. I was built for comfort, not speed, I don't belong to a gym, but that did not stop Beth from creating several home workouts plans that helped me lose the weight, snatch my waist and make me stronger. She worked with what pieces I had at home and adapted the workouts when my knee played up.
So in closing, would I recommend Beth, yes. If you are on the fence and are thinking should you give her a try, go for it, what have you got to lose, nothing, but everything to gain.

I have just finished my 8 week programme with Bethany and it was amazing , I was really sceptical at first but it seemed like I was eating a lot unlike other diet programmes and I was really scared I was going to see the numbers go up but with the workout programme and good habits formed I lost 5kg which I couldn’t haven’t done without her coaching and check ins ! I have just completed my 8 weeks with Beth and I have nothing but pure gratitude for her. I’ve always wanted a personal trainer but have been apprehensive, so online coaching seemed the way to go to ease myself in. From the challenging exercises (was lovely to have the option for these to be amended to suit our needs) down to to fulfilling delicious and various foods (cultural, pasta dishes, sweet treats with all food groups included), the best thing to come out of this experience for me was the healthy habits that have now become a lifestyle; portion control as I was severely under eating before, time management on meals and the confidence to push myself for better choices. Queen Academy is great!
Queen Academy is a get way to start your fitness and wellness journey. You are given weekly exercise programs which you can do at home or at the gym. You are given a food plan that is so easy to stick to and this doesn’t mean you can’t eat out, you can and still be on track. The food is things you would normally eat but portioned out so that you do not go over your daily calories and micros.
It is great at keeping you accountable and I have learned so much about food micros and calories. Thank you so much to the team💕
Beth is the Queen
I decided it was time to change my anxious mindset about the gym. I wanted to tone my body and be able to step in the gym, without feeling overwhelming anxiety about doing so. This is where Beth came in. After the nicest consultation, feeling as though I was catching up with a good friend I haven’t seen in years and explaining exactly the goals I wanted, Beth created my gym plan and macros to reach said goals with an 8 week time frame.
With her experience and passion for her profession she has guided me on the path to my results, keeping me accountable. There is a delicious library of meals that have clearly been created with a lot of thought to cater for everyone along with videos of works outs which have been invaluable during my journey (thanks babes!)
Beth offers nothing but support and motivation, she makes you feel 100% even if, like me there are days you feel you have failed.

Beth really helped me change my relationship with food as I’m a seasonal dieter! I started with Queen Academy in March, 2024 and had to end this month due to finances but I managed to lose a stone! Beth really understood me, I’m a mother of 2, PHD student and working full time it was hard to balance it all but she never gave up on me and always encouraged me to push through! I got to eat food I would usually eat and still lose weight! I’m gutted I had to end it, but I’ve learnt so much and would definitely be back!
