I signed up to Beth’s coaching program, as needed help and guidance to start my fitness journey. Never having done this kind of thing before, I was nervous. But she was so lovely and welcoming. Always happy to help and talk. The plans she designed for me, have helped me in so many ways, and eating habits have been turned around after years and years of just trying things.

Honestly have to thank Beth so much for her help, she’s been the best. She’s patient with adjusting the programme towards your needs and offers a great range of food options, especially Nigerian/Carribean. I felt very stuck with my weight and journey before I started, but Beth really helped me to be more consistent, be mindful of certain foods that can affect/help with hormones and also helped me hit weights I never thought I would lift. (Leg days are my fave)

No regrets with online coaching
I’ve worked with Beth for just over 3 years, I originally signed up for a 6 week challenge and I think that says it all. Working with Beth is a motivational boost each week, she is very good at finding what’s best for you personally and what your life involves and making a plan that’s individual to you what ever your goal. I find the app easy to use to track workouts that have been planned and offers lots of variety for meal plans. I wouldnt go to anybody else for digital coaching after working with Beth.

One of the best things I ever did was getting Bethany as my personal coach. 5 months ago I contacted Beth and since then Iv lost a stone in weight. It's been a slow process but I don't mind as I'm learning along the way and have a busy social life. My relationship with food is so much better as I don't feel guilty when I have my treats and drink and most importantly so is my mental health. I feel high on life lately and it's definitely down to working out and eating properly.
I also suffer with pcos and my cycle was every 35-40 days and now since the lifestyle change, my cycle is every 28 days.
The best thing I ever did was contact Beth, she's honestly so nice, non judgemental and understands I have a busy social life but also ensures I stay accountable and stay on track which is something I need as I would have given up after two weeks!! 5 months in and I'm still going strong. 💪

The plan is amazing its not one plan for everyone she switches up things to suit you,the training and food plan has changed my mindset completely its helped me become constant with food and training the meals are amazing so much to choose from! It has helped my relationship with food and stopped me from binge eating as there are enough tasty meals to last a life time 😆 Beth always makes you feel better and brings positivity to things if you aren't feeling great or Have low motivation 😊 this Is a lifestyle change for me and I feel 100% better. The program, meals and support is 10/10 without doubt! The menu is huge and Bethany is happy to change them up for you if you get bored the same with the exercises. There was times I wasn’t feeling a particular exercise and she gave me an alternative.
When losing weight or trying to create healthy habits it’s really good to have someone who makes you feel accountable for your actions but in a good way!

What can I say about Beth
What can I say about Beth ? She is everything and more that you would want to have in a coach. She is supportive and quick to respond to any queries. Even when you’ve had a bad week. Beth always turns a negative into a positive. There are times when you think you haven’t done enough training etc but Beth will always give you sound advice to get you back on track.
The meals are amazing and there’s so much variety. My family had to ask me if I was sure I was on a plan. I looked forward to seeing what my meal plan would be. But with the app now there is sooo much choice, she really caters for everyone. The workouts used to make me work outtt and feel good after ( difficult at the time though).
So if you’re looking to be in the best shape of your life,Beth is your girl. The results speak for themselves.

Joined Queen Academy in August 2023 and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve done every ‘diet’ you can think of and nothing works or is sustainable long term. I’d heard about Queen Academy from a work colleague and it sounded like nothing I’d heard of before so gave it a go.
Beth tailors the plan to meet your individual needs/goals, it’s not a one size fits all which is the best bit. The meals are super easy to make and really tasty, they can change every week if you want them to so you have plenty of variety. I’ve never been a gym girl as I’ve never really knew what I was doing, but the way it’s set up on the app makes it so easy and now I actually really enjoy going to the gym.
My goal was to lose weight and tone up, I’ve managed to do exactly this all whilst going on holidays, nights out, weekends away, had takeaways etc! That’s how amazing this plan is, it teaches you that you can still live your life and you don’t have to be mega restrictive to reach your goals.
I’ve still got a way to go, but with everything I’ve learnt from Beth I know I will be able to continue with it and smash my goals even further.
If you’re considering signing up, go for it! I promise you won’t regret it 💖

Joining queen academy with Beth was one of the best decisions I have made. After feeling so down about the way I look and my weight she has showed me what I am capable of and has given me the ability to keep going. The programme is very helpful with customised workouts and meal plan that is east to follow and the meals are delicious and don’t feel like you’re on a ‘diet’ you can still eat foods you love and loose weight. Also I lost 9.4kg in 4 months and in that time I went on holiday for a week, weekends away, a wedding and plenty of meals and drinks out so you don’t have to cut out everything to make a significant change.
