Best coach by far!!!

I reached out to Beth a few months before my wedding as I wasn’t feeling great about myself. Beth was amazing. She listened to what my good/bad habits were and catered my plan around my busy lifestyle as a full time working mum! She made it extremely easy, made sure I was checking in with her. Constantly giving me motivation. The recipes are to die for and the whole family can enjoy them. Honestly can’t thank her enough as not only did I lose the weight but mentally I felt like I was in a brilliant place. Confidence got stronger every week as well. I was spending more time with my kids as we could prep the meals together (they’re so easy) and could go on walks with each other. And on my big day I felt perfect! So grateful to Beth forever. Life changing!

Coaching with Beth has been a…

Coaching with Beth has been a phenomenal experience & it has really changed my life! I am in a much better place physically which has improved my confidence as well. She has a wealth of knowledge that is pivotal to improving your health & fitness. Beth taught me many lessons, but most of all that adopting a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be a restrictive & boring chore! You can lose weight & maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst enjoying the foods that you enjoy. She is kind, supportive, encouraging & will push you to achieve your goals. If you’re thinking about signing up to be coached by Beth’s just do it; honestly you won’t regret it at all!!!!

Bethany from Queen Academy is an…

Bethany from Queen Academy is an absolute gem. The genuine love and encouragement she shows her clients is second to none. The food choices are amazing, jollof rice, chicken, shows you can enjoy goof food while losing weight. She really gives you the tool you need to not give up all the things that you love but rather enjoying it sensibly while still achieving your goal. If you are consistent and hind to her advice, you will definitely see the results. The community of ladies in the group chat is the icing on top of cake, the encouragement is felt. Bethany holds you accountable by building you up rather than down. Thank you so much Beth.

The best in the biz.

I can't say enough good things about Beth. She's not only a phenomenal coach who is completely dedicated to her clients and their journey, but she's also a wonderful person. You get so much more than a plan when you work with Beth, you get a mentor, a cheerleader and a safe space. Can't recommend her enough.

THERE'S NOTHING LIKE LIKE THIS

I signed up for Queen Academy after seeing a few people I knew on IG start her programme. I have been on my fitness journey for a while, and have gotten some results with another online programme but I still had work to do so was looking for another option.

From the first consultation, Beth listened to my journey so far and wanted to understand what my goal was. Having some medical issues I thought that was the reason why the results were not coming as quickly as I'd hoped, but Beth's programme proved me wrong.

I signed up for the Hot Girl Summer programme and got great results by my standard. I lost 3.9 kg in 8 weeks and a good few inches off my overall body. The workouts were great, I really enjoy working out so that part was easy for me and I loved the talior-made aspect of it all it's not a "one size fits all" programme.

The meals are easy and quick which is great for a busy person like myself.

I still have work to do but I have the tools Beth has given me so I'm sure as long as I stick to the plan I'll reach my end goal.

This has been the best thing that's happened to me

Before I'd signed up with Bethany I really hit a wall when it came to how I look and feel about myself, I knew I needed to change. I can't emphasis just how much signing up to this programme has changed my life both physically and mentally, I'm a different person now. How I view food & nutrition has completely changed. It's amazing that I can have chocolate as part of my plan, still go out, have fun, enjoy treats and still lose weight. I love that the plan does the thinking for me, I don't have to worry about anything, I just follow the instructions. Everything has been well thought out from meals, to shopping lists & my workouts. Not to mention, the meals on the plan are amazing, there's literally something for everyone. If you're thinking about joining the Queen Academy, just do it, you won't regret anything, it's such good value for money and you are your best investment. Beth really understands balance in life and it's reflects in the way she coaches her clients.

fantastic experience on the programme

I have really enjoyed this fitness plan! Beth has found the balance between motivation/discipline and enforcing good habits so that better fitness becomes a lifestyle, and not unhealthy obsessive habits. The app has been so easy to use and I’ve felt supported along the journey! Couldn’t recommend enough

Beth is amazing


It has been amazing working with Beth and I couldn’t have started my fitness and weight loss journey without her encouragement and motivation after baby number 3 ,6 months ago.
Beth’s plan provides delicious recipes which a throughly enjoyable and leaves you full and satisfied each time. The program is realistic and sustainable which then ensures you are making this a lifestyle and not a quick fix. It is very easy to follow and I loved that she was able to Tailor the workouts to my goals and needs as discussed during our initial consultation. You are able to swap out meals and recipes anytime as she has a vast variety of recipes to choose from.
It has been easy to work with Beth as you are able to ask her anything no matter how silly you may think it sounds and her response times are really quick.
I would definitely recommend the program to anyone who is looking to make a change and make this a lifestyle. I will carry on using the tools she have given me and all I have learnt so far. Beth has taught me to keep pushing myself even though there will be some weeks where I will feel less motivated and lazy but that is ok. I know to pick myself back up and look at the progress I have made. Beth has also taught me that all wins big or small are still wins and to be proud of them all.
I feel more confident, energetic and overall happy with where I am at.

My PT experience with Bethany

The personal touch that Bethany gives, the food is amazing there is so much choice! Anytime you need motivation it’s given if there is something in your workout plan that doesn’t work it can be changed. Recipes where changed when needed so it’s not repetitive and you are encouraged to socialise but make better choices if you eat out or go out for the evening. I now have the knowledge to keep in with the plans that Bethany gave me to continue to reach my goals and keep a healthy balance. The gym routine is amazing I actually enjoy the workouts and now have a direction in the gym. If you are looking for a healthy balanced way to enjoy food and exercise whilst wanting to lose weight I would recommend Bethany she is amazing and is the only PT that has helped me gain that direction honestly this is a lifestyle change that I enjoy and do not dredge. Thank you Bethany for all your help can’t be more grateful!

Sign up now!! I followed Beth for months before I took the plunge and should have done it sooner!! I’ve tried all sorts of diets but never stick to them cos let’s face it you’re STARVING! I loved the look of Beth’s results too! Beth’s meals are so tasty, they are your favourite foods but you still lose weight. The work outs are killers but enjoyable too! I’ve had so many comments and compliments on how I look since doing Beth’s plan! I will be forever grateful to you beth xxx

The best investment for yourself , just do it !!!…

I was on Beth’s programme for 4 months and to say this is worth every single penny is an understatement!!!

Beth’s professionalism to her organisation, responsiveness, a friend and a coach . There’s this thing about Beth where she’s able to make you stick to your goals and plans without been forceful or in your face but you find yourself committing .

I achieved my goals as a mum of 2, I feel confident sexy , glutes looking good and hubby even compliments all the time . The meals are very yummy and not time consuming .

I like Beth’s style because nothing is out of bound for consumption as a foodie that I am so go and sign up and you won’t regret it !!!!

I sure will be coming back 🙌🏾

Beth is the best

Beth is one of the best fitness coaches I’ve ever worked with. Her meal and training plans are so easy to follow. She has created a culture of encouragement, care and positivity. She’s really found the right balance between being motivating yet understanding that sometimes life gets in the way. But she’s always on hand to help you get back on track. She’s amazing, honestly

Best thing I’ve done this year

I signed up to Queen Academy wanting to see how far I could push myself and I also needed someone to hold me accountable because I love my snacks. Beth helped me with so much more than that. I learned that you don’t have to cut out all of your favourite foods or completely restrict your calories. Beth broke all this down for me and adjusted to my needs weekly. The results are amazing, I feel so confident now and I have accepted that it’s not all about what the scales say. I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe, which I will not complain about. I honestly can’t thank Beth enough.

Beth transformed me from overweight to toned and sexy!

When I first reached out to Beth I was a shell of the person I was. I was in denial over how I’d let myself get and felt the worse I’d felt in a long time. Beth was so supportive and encouraged me to love myself whilst loosing weight! Honestly couldn’t recommend Beth enough! She has not only given me so much more confidence but has taught me so much about weight loss. She was my biggest supporter at times and my friend when I needed. She pushed me to become the most amazing version of myself and I’m so pleased I took the leap to let her coach me. She was worth every penny and more! I will really miss our check ins

If you are thinking about joining one…

If you are thinking about joining one of Beth’s programmes or being coached by her, do it! I’m so glad I did. I have been training for a while and love the gym but wasn’t really seeing the results I could have been mainly due to the way I was eating. I was reluctant to start tracking food because I thought this would mean really restrictive eating. Beth’s programme showed me that you can still enjoy food and feel really full while eating in a way that will get you results. I made so much progress in the 8 weeks, I lost about 9 pounds and my body recomposition is well on the way and you can really tell from pics. I’ve deffo taken away habits I will keep up with for life. Beth is also super lovely and is always there to help or accommodate your requests. You won’t regret giving it a go!

Beth has been absolutely fantastic over…

Beth has been absolutely fantastic over these past 8 weeks. She’s encouraging, motivating and best of all she really helps you to be kinder to yourself and the results come from that.

Her meal plans are great and unrestrictive, as are the training plans. She listens so much to what you need from the process that she just makes everything fit.

My 8 weeks with Beth has given me so much more clarity and motivation to fuel myself in a much more positive way which I’ve needed for years! Shes really genuine and positive and put me in a great mindset to move forward. 🫶

Bethany has changed my life..

Where do I start,Bethany has changed my life in the last 8 week's,I didn't have confidence,I didn't like my look,8 week's on and wow I've joined a gym it was scary stepping in there solo but i did it,I'm feeling confident in myself, I've seen change in my eating,my motivation and energy levels have improved,my fitness has got stonger,I'd definitely recommend Beth her meal plans,are amazing,the whole plan is 5* honestly I can't thank this incredible woman enough..Thank you so much ❤️

What an experience!!!💪🏽

Hands down the most attentive and thorough coach I have ever interacted with. Not only did Beth help me enjoy food again but also coached me on how to enjoy my food and enjoy working out. I never believed that I would be able to reach my body goals whilst still eating my favourite meals. Thank you so much for all the support, care and laughs.
