I signed up with Beth for 3 months as I…

I signed up with Beth for 3 months as I knew what I was doing (roughly) but I needed that guidance to kick me up the butt.

From the start she was amazing, the check ins she was always really supportive with constructive feedback.
The meal plans are easy to follow and the training plans were perfect to follow.
I have finished the 3 months and feel super motivated and my body is looking in the best shape it has in years…
Thanks Beth couldn’t of done it without you ❤️

I loved working with Beth

I loved working with Beth! When I first met her I was at an all time low with my body confidence and weight. I didn't feel myself anymore and I had no idea where to start. Beth was super patient and understanding, and worked with me to change my mentality and relationship with food and exercise.

I can now confidently walk into the gym, or go for walks on the road side on my own, which I would have NEVER done before.

The food isn't a 'diet' but just food you love, in a controlled and managed way. You can still eat what you want as Beth makes sure it's all built into your macros. I often go out for breakfast/ dinner or drinks on a weekend and Beth will help to plan your days around it.

The workouts are great too, the app in particular is really helpful with tracking your progress and ensuring you push yourself week on week.

100% recommend Beth as coach. My main worry was finishing the plan and having to go it alone, but Beth does teach you everything you need to know about creating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, whereas previous coaches i've worked with you make you cut everything out so that when you leave them you end up just gaining all the weight back.

Best coach!

I signed up about 8 months ago as I didn’t have no structure when working out and pretty much ate what I wanted.

Beth has taught be so much about the importance of getting the appropriate food split and general fitness. She has taught me that you can still achieve your goals whilst eating yummy food and having a social life.

Beth has kept me accountable throughout my journey and was availability whenever I had a question or my motivation was lacking.

She has been so patient with me and also was on hand to modified my exercises to fit me I.e when I had to go from gym workouts to home for a short period.

I have had to leave Beth’s coaching for person reasons, but I leave with more confidence going to the gym and feeling more comfortable in my body.

Highly recommend Beth if you want a coach!

It’s a win 🏆

Beth coached me for about 6 months. In that time she enabled progress I hadn’t achieved before, in terms of knowledge as well as mental and physical changes.

Beth’s coaching is professional, with her wealth of knowledge and ease of using her app. She responds swiftly, not only making but also suggesting changes steering me away from feared plateaus or boredom.

As a person, I find Beth really lovely, personable and such a joy to work with.

My key takeaway from our work is the impact of nutrition, consistency and showing up for oneself 💯❤️

Beth is an amazing coach

Beth is an amazing coach. I’ve just finished a 12 month programme and absolutely smashed my goals. My confidence has improved, I feel and look amazing and she’s also equipped me with the knowledge to continue my fitness journey on my own.

Beth is amazing - 5 stars isn’t enough!

Beth is incredible. For years I’ve had the worst habits with food and have been in and out of the gym. I was getting married Sep 2022 and wanted to feel my best on the day but knew I needed some help to get me there. Beth helped me lose 7kg through her programme. The meals and workout plans were catered to my goals - and the meals were actually tasty and things I enjoyed eating (and so did my family too!) Beth was quick to respond when I’d drop her a message to answer any questions and was always encouraging throughout the process. The weekly check-ins and the use of the app provided amazing accountability which is just what I needed. I’m at a place now where after years of not knowing what to do at the gym and not having the best habits, thanks to Beth I can finally be consistent and I feel happy, healthy and confident with how I look.

Excellent

It's been good having Beth as an online coach. You can message her anytime and ask for any help. She has been so supportive in achieving my goals. I lost over 6kgs. I am pretty sure I could have lost more if I didn't fall sick due to this horrible weather.

Working with Beth has been amazing!

I am pleased to say that I graduated from Queen Academy and it has been a wonderful experience. Beth has given me the head start that I needed to start my fitness journey not only that but improve and boost my confidence.

The meal plans were delicious and easy to follow and the workout plans were amazing! I really felt the burn but felt amazing after each session.

As a coach Beth really took the time to listen to me and always responded to my queries, she was there to support me when I was not feeling motivated and I knew that I could depend on her.

Beth is amazing!

Beth has been amazing as a coach!
She has made changes through out with my plans if I have not been happy with something and she has also been very encouraging, especially at times when I felt unmotivated. Her app is so easy to use and contains lots of detail. I started off struggling to see results and Beth worked hard with me to make sure we started to see results. She’s professional and passionate about what she does!

recommend to achieve your goals

I signed up with Beth to rebuild my relationship with food, to help with bloating and to assist with my body goals. It was the best decision! I feel great, I now know how much my body needs, I never felt like I was missing out on anything throughout my plan.
I now feel I have a good balance! Would highly recommend to achieve your goals 😊

Inspirational and supportive coach

Beth is a great coach. She’s got great interpersonal skills and that was the foundation that got me intrigued in what she had to offer. I can honestly say that she exceeded my expectations because of how understanding and relateable she was to my personal place/where I was starting from. This gave me a lot of confidence.

I’ve maintained my routine after 2 months of completing my programme and worked with Beth for 4 months which was worth every penny!! I’m motivated to workout independently at 5/6am to suit me, instead of joining classes. I’m pleased with my progress.

The meal plan is realistic and incorporates all good groups. I’ve cooked for family and friends (between age 8 and 65) who’ve enjoyed the food and adopted some of the recipes into their world.

If you are looking for a sustainable life change, this is your woman. No quick fixes, just real educative and enjoyable content. No regrets!!

Would highly recommend Beth!!!

Being coached by Beth was honestly such a great experience. She helped me more than she'll ever know. I have pcos and was finding it hard getting myself results with my busy lifestyle and couldn't quite feel comfortable in my own skin. I was a bit worried about going into the new year with a coach simply because it's also what I do. I coach people so it made me feel less of a professional asking for help. But she gave me all the right kind of help needed to get me back on top form physically and mentally. It's definitely okay to ask for help by other professionals in your field.
She was super supportive, kind and had so much patience with me when at weeks I didnt show much progress due to my up and down pcos hormones. She kept me motivated and encouraged me throughout the whole 9months working with her.

I would highly recommend Beth to any lady, whether that be at a beginner or at an advanced level. She is super knowledgeable and will get you the results needed. Obviously given you put in that work to. Xxx

Best online coach, 100%

So I have just finished month 5 of my coaching with Beth and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! I was originally recommended Beth by one of my friends who also has coaching with her. My main goals were to lose body fat and tone up for my Wedding but I’ve managed to achieve so much more than that! Beth has helped me to drop weight, create muscle definition, help me to have a healthy relationship with food and given me confidence & knowledge in the gym! Beth is always so quick to reply to messages and any questions you have. The app is also so easy and simple to use! I honestly can’t thank Beth enough… I look and feel the best I ever have and this is now my lifestyle ❤️🙏🏽

Before I started I literally had lost…

Before I started I literally had lost all faith in myself but I’m so glad I reached out to you to help me get to where I am now! I’m 100% sticking to this now because I’ve seen results and seen how stronger I’ve become and getting back to a solid routine, and It’s given me a good path to carry on down

I really admired how you were with me and and how you coached me if felt very easy and never felt pressured at all it was such a lovely experience and you made me feel comfortable not only with the programme but I feel comfortable within myself now and more confident - you truly are an amazing coach and I’m glad I chose you to help me see the light again with training and how fun it can be!!

💪🏽🎉

Where to start?! I joined Beth at 4.5 months postpartum, i had a 15 year age gap between my children so i know how hard it is to lose the mom tum. I naturally have a petite frame and suffer with IBS-C so most days im bloated/still look pregnant!

Beth tailored my meals to foods i liked and specific for my goals....she almost made meals that were super quick to prep. Anytime i wanted a new meal Beth was able to upload this within 24 hours if not same day!

I wanted to see results over night lol as most people do but my training was interrupted by lack of sleep an me wanting to eat comfort food! However Beth keep me on track with words of encouragement and sure enough did i see results!!!

Thanks to Beth im in a happy place physically and will continue to grow stronger 💪🏽💪🏽

Beths program is worth every penny!!! X

The best fitness and nutrition coach around!

Beth is simply amazing. She has been so supportive and helped me to make better lifestyle changes that are still enjoyable tasty meals. Truly incredible couldn’t recommend Beth enough!

Beth is truly amazing at what she does. She really helped me to stay accountable to my goals.

Beth had educated me on how to train efficiently and how to manipulate my calories and macros in order to loose weight and build muscle.

If you’re considering signing up, just do it!

If you’re considering signing up, just do it! It’s honestly been the best decision I made. After lacking confidence, gaining weight due to working from home and over indulging in food, I wanted to make a change but didn’t know where to start. After starting Beth’s plan, I gained confidence in the gym (actually knew what I was doing after a few weeks), and started to have a healthier relationship with food and weed out those unhealthy habits. In a nutshell, you get out what you put in and Beth will work with you 110% to help you meet your goals. I needed someone like Beth to hold me accountable and keep me on track so if you need a bit of structure and constant motivation, sign up!

Loved it ❤️

I decided to get involved with Bethany's plan after following her for a few years on Instagram. Honestly being coached by her and having a person who has a passion for making me hit my goals was one of the best personal decisions I could make for myself.

She provides some very lovely recipes that will fit into the calories specified for that particular moment in time. My meals on a daily basis consist of breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and dinner.All this nutrition leaves me not feeling hungry. There are so many meal options available aswell. If I don't like something I just ask her to change it and she will replace it with something else.

She provides workout programs to cater to my specific needs. Mine was to lose weight and get more muscle mass on my chest, which I managed to do. Amazing feeling.

Saying that her communication skills are second to none, she wants me to win and I can genuinely feel that. That's a plus for me.

I've learnt things that I can take with me for life and can even incorporate my own spin on things.

This woman is amazing.
