I’ve absolutely loved this program, the recipes, the training, the support, all of it! Beth has been a great help to me in changing my mindset regarding food and also motivating me to reach my goals. Beth was really lovely to work with during my weight loss journey. She is supportive and encouraging when feeling demotivated. Her app has lots of good good food and calories are already counted for you all you have to do is measure and cook! Instructions are very clear and overall I had a good experience!
The best coach
I started with Beth with the goal of losing weight and building muscle 12 weeks ago. I had been going to the gym for over a year before starting with Beth but made no progress. Beth helped me with my nutrition as well as training and the results are showing physically as well as mentally. I have developed a healthier relationship with food and have developed other good habits in my personal life. Beth is extremely supportive and champions all my wins no matter how small. My journey is only just beginning and I’m excited to see what i can achieve with the guidance and motivation from Beth.
I wish I started years ago
I have been with Beth for almost 7 weeks now and I havnt looked back. I've had trainers in the past who had me on strict, boring diets with little guidance on what or when I should be eating and repetitive workouts.
Being coached by Beth is a totally different experience. The meals are delicious, quick and easy to make. There's a huge variety of meals and snacks to choose from. I never thought creamy pasta sauces and bagels could be included in my meal plan.
I feel like I'm finally making the progress I need to achieve my goals. The workouts are perfect for what I want to do in the gym and I'm getting stronger each week and look forward to each training session.
Beth is so genuine and knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions. I wish I had started years ago! I've no doubt in my mind that I will achieve my fitness goals with Beth's guidance.

I came to Beth as I had lost weight previously to starting with her and needed help continuing the weight loss and with the next step Toning and reshaping and to show me how to exercise and train properly.
I was not disappointed & hugely impressed with her knowledge & help with both the nutrition and the gym plans!
I work hard to a plan which is catered just for me so I can achieve the best possible results, and it works! I have lost cm’s and weight & I actually enjoy going to the gym!
I have had a few problems ( I hurt my shoulder) but I let Beth know and she changed my plan to suit the this and she checked on regularly for updates on how I was doing and only changed my plan back when she was 100% happy I was recovered!
I have also had the problem of the machines at the gym breaking so again, she changed the plan to incorporate this until it worked again.
We have check ins every week and the exercise plan is adjusted accordingly whether this be the exercise or food plan.
I am really enjoying being on this plan & can’t recommend it enough, I had my progress pictures on Friday at weigh in and I was shocked at the progress made!

Beth has been coaching me for 5 weeks now and in the short 5 weeks, I have literally seen my body transform. I feel better within myself too! Beth understands what your goals are and sets out a plan to achieve this. She is always available if I have questions and so supportive! She has honestly been the best coach to start this journey with. The weekly check ins are so motivating and Beth lets you know what you need to do/change to keep on track. The meal plans are amazing and so tasty! I can’t wait to continue and see my progression.

I absolutely love personal online training with Beth, I’ve been on this training process for a while now during lockdown doing home workouts and now without restrictions back in the gym. I needed structure back in life and rein in what I was eating for my nutrition to get me back to my normal self. The programme Beth put me on was amazing and I’m so pleased with my results. I first started with Beth 6 weeks after giving birth and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Within 2 weeks I was back in my jeans. But not only did I loose weight, it gave me a reason to leave the house and it gave me structure to my manic days with a newborn.
