They were very helpful with my problem and solved it with great satisfaction.

Happy with the quality of the product but I was annoyed that the product was advertised as being available for express delivery, only to place the order and then receive an email to say that it was out of stock. By that time I had paid for it and I did not receive it until 7 weeks later! If I had known that it wasn't in stock I would have ordered it from elsewhere.

Brilliant, first class product and service.
Telephoned to confirm day and time of delivery, delivered right on time as stated. Unpacked by the driver for us to check the cabinet.

The lamp table was a good price, arrived promptly, and and was extremely well packaged, so arrived in perfect condition - I'm delighted with it.

TBH - never ever thought I'd buy any item of furniture online. Its a subjective thing and I do like to see and feel the quality. As this was a gift being delivered to my son I was nervous, especially as price from Quercus was very competitive compared to similar items on competing websites. However, I needn't have worried as the quality is pretty much as described - in fact its a very lovely oak blanket box indeed. Delivery was arranged to suit my son and he was kept informed. All in all top class service.

I bought coffee tables and bookcase. They are all very good but bookcase was not packed correctly and had a bit of damage on the top. It is too bulky to pack and send back so I didnt bother but disappointed that it could have been packed better - also was partly wet though that didn't seem to have caused damage...

Found a nest of tables right size colour & price. First time dealing iwht Quercus. Ordered online, courier texted delivery details and tables arived. Perfect.

Our coffee table arrived very quickly and was packaged very well without a ridiculous amount of packaging. The table needed minor assembly and although there were no instructions it was made abundantly clear how it should be done. A very robust spanner was provided for the job. It was in perfect condition and looks great in the room. All in all, a very good experience. Thank you.

Quercus were advertising Constance Oak furniture, and as I wanted a sideboard, I ordered. However when it arrived, the quality was dreadful - it was mostly made of veneer with the minimum of oak and was nowhere near the standard of the other Constance pieces I had bought elsewhere only a few weeks previously. Instead of solid oak, the top of the sideboard was made from an oak frame with a central insert of veneer. Neither was it smooth, there was a deep groove where the veneer joined the hardwood. Also, the veneer began to change colour over the few days the sideboard was in the daylight. Nowhere on the packaging or item itself was it branded ‘Constance’ so it is only Quercus’s word that it is indeed Constance. I contacted the company the same day and listed all the differences/defects in the item i had received, but their only comment was that different companies manufacture Constance and they must use a different company to my other supplier. Quite apart from everything else, I could not put the shelves in the unit because the pre-drilled holes were so enormous, the shelf supports would not stay in. Since this made the sideboard unfit for use, I was extremely unhappy to be informed that despite this, and the fact that the item received was nothing like the product pictured on their website, they were still going to charge me £49 to return it. Trading Standards have been informed.

Coffee table is lovely and easy to assemble. The delivery was slower than advised. Was supposed to be 1-3 day delivery, but the courier advised that it was economy delivery and not express therefore took longer. Only emailed on the morning of delivery and I had made prior arrangements to go out. Left a note for it to be delivered to neighbours house where they just left the coffee table without getting a signature.

Good product and price, let down by a disjointed delivery service that doesn't match what they promise.
I have no issues with the product but the delivery service is deficient.
I ordered a Coffee table very early on a Sunday, that has express delivery(the only option offered) - to be delivered within 1-3 working days and Quercus communicated that I would receive a pre booked 3 hour time slot of when I will receive my delivery. On the 4th working day(Thursday), feeling frustrated at having heard nothing, I contacted the delivery company XPD(whose reviews are often less than stellar) using their online customer service chat at around 10.15am.
I was told that the delivery would be later that day and was given a two hour slot the delivery was expected to be made in. I was also told the following:"Your order was dispatched to XDP on Monday on economy delivery, this is 3 to 5 working days from the day of dispatch. The supplier hasn't selected you to be notified for delivery".
So, had I not contacted them they wouldn't have notified me in advance and the timescales differ to those Quercus express in their order email on the website.
It was good fortune that I found out in time and was able to be present to take the delivery, albeit on a later day than anticipated. The delivery itself was fine when it arrived.
Without communication and given the erroneous timescales, how can Quercus expect a customer to available to receive the delivery, other than by guesswork and good luck?
There is a clear misalignment between Quercus and XPD that means they fall short of the expectations Quercus set. They should seek to rectify this.

Locker box seems well made and I'm happy with my choice.
Delivery was problem free, arriving within a couple of days.
